Work slowly began to change to the work of investment promotion. I found that the difficulty of investment is higher than that of terminal.
Terminal sales are often faced with customers, their demand is obvious, the problem is also better solved, the customer contact is still relatively small.
However, the investment is different, facing the boss of every business, big and small, though numerous, but they are also knowledgeable experts, although there is no lack of boast, but they see too much, they are self righteous.
Despite the fact that the end customers are good or not, the size and bosses of merchants are all the same. They are all the customers and customers that I am facing.
But in recent years, it has been troubled by a strange circle.
That is to say, we only pay attention to consultation and neglect the survival of dealers.
First, it is not the end of the product.
Recruiting, distributors can not survive is not equal to white trick? Waste of time.
Nowadays, many production enterprises have an investment promotion department, there is no market operation department or support department, some have these departments, but they also exist in name only, and have no effect.
A successful investment enterprise should not be lower than the investment department under the importance of the operation Department and support department. It will be even higher than the investment department as the market changes and develops.
Constantly maintain the development of the market, be able to quickly and accurately copy the best marketing methods to dealers, so that they can successfully talk about product sales, service and keep up with them, dealers can continue to form sales and repeat delivery.

Now investment, I personally think that directly facing the terminal is the kingly way.
Regardless of province, territory and county, the three tier agents should face headquarters as the best way of cooperation.
Investment is not as big as possible, but as much as possible.
Third, the core of business investment is integrity.
Many enterprises always dig their own grave in the process of inviting investment. A big reason is the problem of honesty and trustworthiness.
Often in the process of investment, dealers hope too much, the goal is too high.
In fact, many dealers are very pragmatic, so a lot of boasting of large products often die badly.
He thought he had seized the pulse of businessmen but failed at last.
After all, the market is constantly changing, and manufacturers can not change themselves.
