If we want to raise the salary, or raise the level of the enterprise's profit, raise the salary level, or turn to a higher salary company by our ability.

    So, in our view, what we do and pay is no less than other jobs, or even harder, and the salary is relatively low. This is a very realistic problem in the enterprise, which is restricted by factors such as the business form, positioning, development stage, boss concept, the technical content of each post, and the supply of social workers.

    When enterprises earn money mainly through technology and market sales, how much they neglect the importance of management, and when the enterprise tends to be stable, to manage to improve efficiency and reduce costs, the position of human resource management can be improved and the value is higher.

    Therefore, in the enterprise, we take a lot of money, mainly to see what things, and this thing at the present stage of the value of the enterprise determined.


    3, it is also possible that enterprises are worried about whether we can do well in this position or have not yet made clear judgement. Therefore, wages actually lag behind. This is also a more common reason, or how much money can be given to how much money and how many things to do. Although ideally speaking, we say that wages are based on the future, and the bonus is based on the past.

    In fact, an objective and fair self determination is indeed a rare ability.


    In general, how much money we are worth, or whether we follow the laws of market and commodity economy, is also a commodity.

    First, how much value, how much price can be sold.

    Secondly, it is affected by the market supply and demand. When the market exceeds supply, the boss will kill our price. We can see that the starting salary of college students has not risen for many years. When the market supply is less than the demand, we can bargain with the boss and sell ourselves more expensive. But this is not the loss of the staff, but the loss of the boss is not long, and it will change and become reasonable after a certain time.

    Third, prices vary from place to place. The prices of roadside stalls and supermarkets and convenience stores and specialty stores are different, though they are actually the same thing.

    It is still the most important factor that determines how much we are worth and how much we pay. So we want to be more valuable. We have to work hard to improve our value.
