EU Will Simplify Import And Export Regulations For Apparel Products From EU To EU
EU executive committee is coming soon.
Simplified import
Products from the European Union, such as the origin rules of garments, enable suppliers in North Africa, the Middle East and the Balkans to benefit from preferential tariffs.
The new regulation will replace nearly 60 bilateral trade agreements currently implemented in the Mediterranean region of Europe, and simplify the calculation method of cumulative additional value of processed products in more than one country in the region.
Previously, the processing and manufacturing level of the western part of Hainan and the western Balkan countries had reached a certain value added standard and could enjoy preferential tariffs to enter the European Union.
From now on, it is recognized that a certain European Union product meets the requirements of the European Union.
Tariff preferences
At the threshold, the added value of the goods produced in these regions can be identified together.
Beneficiaries of the agreement include Albania, Algeria and Bosnia.
Croatia
Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Mauritania, Monaco, Montenego Lo, Morocco, Palestinian autonomous government, Syria, Tunisia and Turkey.
The laws and regulations signed in April 14th are designed to help the western Mediterranean and the western Balkans to grow rapidly, thus contributing to the stability of the whole region and easing the increasing pressure of immigration from the European Union.
