In the impression of Geng Xiaoli, assistant general manager of Bei Jialong company, he insisted on reading "disciple rules" every day for more than three years. This habit comes from the guidance of general manager Wang Zhihui for several years.

At the beginning of her reading of disciple rules, she thought that only one of them could not be achieved. After six months' study, Wang Zhihui realized that "I am not actually able to do a good job." Such personal experience made her realize that the foundation of Sinology was fundamental. Although all the previous methods had some truth, they were only skin and fur.

Harmonious relationship
In 2008, a CD that introduced Anhui's Tong Chi Town strengthened Wang Zhihui's confidence in Sinology.
Since 2005, Tang Chi town has carried out ethical and moral education for 48 thousand people in the whole town with the Confucian classics of disciple rules and other Confucian classics. After 3 years of trial, Tang Chi town has become a model town for etiquette and morality.
From 2008 onwards, employees of the company began to read "disciple rules" every day.

"Many of my employees are very sensible now. I don't like to cry, but sometimes they make me cry." Wang Zhihui regrets, "sometimes I have problems, they will ask me patiently to point out, I feel that they have not done well." Wang Zhihui also remembered that when the flagship store of CAVA was opened last year, there was a staff member who decorated the store 5 days and 5 nights. He slept in the shop in the evening. No one asked him to do so, but he consciously wanted to do it well.
"Sinology let employees know that they are doing things for themselves, two for company and three for society." Wang Zhihui said.
Noble spirit
Despite being in business for many years, Wang Zhihui did not agree that "to do business is to maximize profits".
Wang Zhihui said, "when my son was one or two years old, I told him that if a mother had money, it would not be her own, but a social one. So though my child is only a few years old now, he will say he will work for himself in the future, not his mother's money. {page_break}
"To do something is to improve your happiness index. It doesn't take much money for a person to survive. The key is to do something for the society."
