At present, the plant has gone through regular operation for more than a year, and its production is going smoothly. Sales are also selling well, with monthly sales of 500 thousand yuan and monthly profit of 100 thousand yuan.

In addition, Shen Jinlei's return home venture has been highly recognized by the county Party committee and the county government, and he has won the ten venture home pioneer.

"I want to go back to my hometown to start an undertaking, and I have realized my mind and will be strong enough to make the factory bigger and stronger, arrange more villagers' employment, and lead the villagers to get rich together."
