The French fashion designer said last Thursday that an unnamed buyer was already selling a deal with the company, which would buy most of the company's shares from the Swedish National Pension Fund.
The brand was created by castelbajac1979 and served as design director at the same time.
Castelbajac plans to buy a small share of the stock and return to the role of the owner.

In 2008, the Swedish National Pension organization purchased 52% of the Castelbajac brand from the British Marchpole holding company and purchased 47% of the shares from the Swedish design company Atlas design group.
Atlas will have only 1% of the company's shares.
While holding shares, the Swedish national pension fund appointed Atlas President Peter Wahlberg to operate the brand and inject nearly 10 million euros (US $13 million 300 thousand) into brand expansion.
During this period, the company put the brand atmosphere two major series -- JC de Castelbajac and JCDC by JC de Castelbajac, and started second stores in Paris and established them.

The sale negotiations are in progress and will be completed by the end of June.
