But he admitted that the power rationing measures undoubtedly brought a heavier burden to the enterprises.

The electricity shortage will exist for a long time.

Electricity shortage is obviously not something that can be solved overnight.

The shortage of electricity in the off-season reflects the increasingly prominent contradiction between "market coal" and "planned electricity".

As the price of coal rises and the cost of electricity rises, the price of electricity entering the network remains unchanged, and the losses of thermal power plants are serious.
