Zhejiang Huili introduced high-tech products such as waterproof, flame retardant, antistatic, UV resistant, mosquito repellent and anti mites, aloe moisturizing and negative ions.
If the above raw materials and functions are the new faces of the current market, some are far fetched, but new and old are relative. These at first glance are not new products, but gradually become the backbone of the market because of the continuous improvement and upgrading of technological processes. In recent years, Lu Tai has gradually developed a series of elastic fabrics based on XLA and Lycra as new profit growth points. Functional products are mainly based on liquid ammonia finishing, with liquid ammonia + cross linking and patented technology as the main directions, and can carry out functional finishing such as three protection, easy decontamination, UV protection, antibacterial deodorization and so on.
Take the development of men's shirt fabrics in 2011 in spring and summer as an example.
According to the person in charge of the enterprise, raw materials are mainly pure cotton, XLA, linen and mulberry silk are subsidiary, the specific ratio is 80: 10: 5: 5; in function, the liquid ammonia + non iron finishing is mainly combined with antibacterial, anti ultraviolet and other functional finishing.
Upgrading new products is the most cost-effective way.

According to the person in charge of the enterprise, the current enterprises pay more attention to low temperature oxygen bleaching process, alkali free pretreatment process, mechanical finishing process, special finishing process and functional finishing process.
Copper and ammonia fabrics are the star products of Wujiang Deye, also known as respirable fabrics, but the price of raw materials is higher than that of mulberry silk because of the importation of raw materials.
"The price of ordinary copper and ammonia fabrics is 30~60 yuan per meter, and if the finishing works add some functions, the price will be higher."
Yao Yunzhen, general manager of the enterprise trade department, said: "in order to make copper and ammonia fabrics more widely accepted by the market, enterprises have done a lot of work to improve their performance price ratio in recent years."
First of all, starting with the ratio of raw materials, the blending ratio of copper ammonia and viscose, silk, cotton and polyester fiber is increased. "Fabric warp or copper ammonia will not affect the properties of the fabric."
It can be seen that at present, most fabric enterprises have realized that they are actively catering to the trend of low carbon development. The real reward is the enterprise itself, the production cost of fabric products is reduced, the cost performance is improved, and the real profits have been visible and touched by the enterprises.
Jiangsu Xinmin develops silk like silk brocade with corn fiber as its raw material, and its price is lower than that of mulberry silk.
The warp of this kind of material is corn fiber filament, weft yarn is corn fiber short fiber, the handle is very good, and the style is similar to mulberry silk.
But the head of Xinmin also talked about a practical problem. Because corn fiber is a new type of fiber, the corresponding technology and technology should be researched and developed. Especially after finishing, there are more problems that need to be solved. So, will all new products encounter similar situations? And how can the enterprises effectively solve them?
Who set obstacles to "new favorites"?
Just as the technical difficulties in the finishing process of corn fiber need breakthroughs, in fact, there are more or less obstacles in the process of new product development. For example, when the raw materials are distributed in a multi group ratio, there will be some technical problems in the process of spinning, drying, dyeing and so on. That is to say, the development of a new product needs repeated tests.

In order to make fabric achieve strong index, the enterprise fully communicated with upstream chemical fiber raw material factory, and chemical fiber manufacturers can enhance their strength by adding auxiliaries when spinning raw materials.
"From the present point of view, the raw materials of 15D and 20D can meet the requirements of strength when spinning, mainly in the process of weaving, and the original sizing equipment can not meet the technological requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the pformation, and Japan needs about 700000 yuan to rebuild a set of equipment."
The person in charge said, "there are very few manufacturers of 20D products in China, and fewer manufacturers can make 15D. At present, domestic equipment manufacturers are still very difficult to achieve this standard. Unless the fabric companies put forward specific requirements, manufacturers can give further support from technology."
From the strength problems encountered in 15D fabrics, we can see that the development of new products of every kind of fabric, from concept to final product, is the first thing to overcome is that the original technology can not meet its requirements, whether it is to test itself repeatedly, or to seek help from upstream and downstream. In short, to become a product of stable performance, this upgrading process can not be crossed.
Most of the reporters mentioned the concept of "functionality" when they tried to understand their future product development ideas to many enterprises, but they also talked about that these functional fabrics were mainly obtained through functional materials or coating. Therefore, strengthening the reserve of technology power has become the focus of the next step.
