Once the import and export enterprises are rated as category A or above and obtained the approval of the customs of Hangzhou, the "import declaration" and "port inspection and approval" shall be applied to the import and export goods from "two declarations and two checks and releases" to "one declaration, one inspection and one release" after import and export goods. The imported goods can be directly pported into the factory after being examined and released at the port, and the exported goods can be directly pported to the port customs for loading and unloading by loading the goods from the factory, thus greatly saving the production cost of enterprises, increasing the time limit for customs clearance, and saving a lot of communications, travel and warehousing expenses for enterprises.
