    AOKANG: Three Burn Out A Safety Promise

    In March 1988, Wang Zhentao borrowed 30 thousand yuan from the East and borrowed money to buy production equipment. He invited experienced shoemaker to find a few dads who were not afraid of hardship, and AOKANG was born.

    The shoes were made, but the reputation of Wenzhou shoes was not good, and the products were not well sold. Wang Zhentao personally stood at the counter, listened to the customers' opinions, and promptly returned the information to the factory.

    Because his AOKANG shoes are of good quality and new style, business has gradually opened up.

    In the shoe cabinet of a shopping mall in Hanyang, AOKANG shoes haven't been noticed for half a month.

    Wang Zhentao was quick in his mind and posted an announcement in front of the counter: "this is not the Wenzhou leather shoes that should be burned, but the durable leather shoes. The quality period is 6 months, and the quality problem is two to one."

    Finally, a male customer bought a pair after thinking for a long time.

    Wang Zhentao handed a pen at once, and said to him, "please leave your name and address. You will be an honorary customer of AOKANG forever.

    After more than 10 years of arduous pioneering work, AOKANG group, which was founded by Wang Zhentao, finally made a brand name by relying on its excellent product quality and ranks among the "ten real leather shoes king of China". Its market share is the highest among the peers.

    Second fire: production efficiency and quality safety. With the popularity of AOKANG shoes, some illegal traders are competing for counterfeit products. A large number of fake AOKANG and fake Wenzhou shoes are flooding the market.

    In December 15, 1999, 12 years after "burning Wenzhou shoes", it was still in Hangzhou. Wang Zhentao ignited second fires of shame, and more than 2000 counterfeit AOKANG shoes collected from all over the country were burned.

    This fire makes Wenzhou people feel proud and exaltation.

    Qian Xing, who was mayor of Wenzhou, said: "this fire can be written into the history of Wenzhou."

    In June 17th of last year, a fax from GEOX gave Wang Zhentao a cold sweat when he was on a business trip in Beijing.

    Wang Zhentao, who has always been a heavy lifting force, has to return to Wenzhou headquarters immediately.

    The origin of the matter came from AOKANG group's orders for GEOX's 300 thousand pairs of leather shoes in April this year.

    The task is urgent, but AOKANG has not been able to relax the quality of the product at the same time.

    On the production line, each employee has a seal with a number and a box of ink paste in each hand. Every 5 pairs of shoes will have a production list with different numbers printed on them.

    At the same time, AOKANG has process Kanban for each assembly line, marking the standard practice of each production process in detail.

    The shoes produced on the production line must meet the requirements of the craft Kanban, so as to reduce the product repair rate and improve the quality of products.

    Wang Zhentao put forward in the "brand strong market" proposal.

    August 8th is the sixth "good faith day" in Wenzhou. Every "good faith day" Wenzhou will hold a series of thematic commemorative activities.

    In addition to "integrity day", AOKANG also set AOKANG every year as quality month in August, and convened a conference on integrity education for employees, calling on employees to be honest messengers.

    At the same time, it also established enterprise integrity bank and credit bank.
