According to the introduction, the ten skills competition of female workers broke the traditional tradition in the past, and was jointly participated by 20 units and trade associations. The competition was carried out in ten major divisions, including ten sewing workers, garment manufacturers, leather shoes designers, banknote counting, nursing care providers, mobile plotting artists, tea artists, female professional managers, flower arranging workers, foot massages, etc.

The skills competition lasted for two months.

The relevant professional women employees who have worked in the city for more than one year can take part in the trials of relevant professions (Systems) and related organizations in different counties (cities, districts) and directly related industries, systems (bureaus) or industry organizations. The outstanding athletes will be selected by the counties (cities, districts), municipal industries, systems (bureaus) or industry representatives to participate in the municipal finals.

It is reported that there are 907 thousand female workers in Wenzhou, accounting for 43% of the total number of workers in the city.
