The reason is that small and medium-sized enterprises in Wenzhou are mostly family workshops. Even after they grow, they are mostly family businesses, with low organizational level and low enthusiasm for mergers and acquisitions.

Some entrepreneurs, after making money, take the money to fight in the virtual economic field, such as real estate and stock market, which are "quick money".
