The measures were only to shout loudly and let others save the fire, which made the best time to extinguish the fire, causing the small fire to turn into a fire and cause irreparable economic losses.

Three, the production plant does not conform to the fire code.

Many shoemaking enterprises, such as Guangdong, Fujian and Zhejiang Wenzhou, which are relatively concentrated in shoemaking enterprises, have developed from the workshop type enterprises. A large part of the factory buildings of shoe factories are all rented. These factories themselves have not been examined and checked by fire, and have not set up necessary fire pools, fire pump houses and indoor and outdoor hydrants, which fail to meet the requirements of fire safety. There are serious fire hazards. Most of the shoe factories have insufficient fire protection space between them, and are easy to burn and run battalions. The phenomenon of "three in one" is very serious. Once a fire occurs, it is easy to cause mass casualties.

Four. The electrical wiring layout of the factory does not conform to the fire safety regulations.

The electrical equipment, lighting and distribution lines in shoemaking factories are numerous, widely distributed and complicated. Some enterprises' electrical lines are not laid in accordance with regulations, the temporary power lines are scrambling and scrambling, the electrical appliances are missing, and the distribution of debris around power distribution cabinets is serious.

Five is the use of a large number of flammable and combustible materials in the production process, and the fire loads are relatively high.

Shoemaking industry has used a large number of flammable and explosive materials such as sponge, foam, PVC leather, PU leather, non-woven fabric, nylon cloth, rubber, paper and other inflammable and explosive materials such as adhesives, solvents, and reserved diesel oil. These articles are easy to cause fire when they are used, and it is not easy to fight if a fire breaks out.

Six is the confusion of workshop management.

Because the shoemaking industry is a labor-intensive enterprise, the production area is densely staffed and the channel is not smooth. Most of the equipment and personnel in the production workshop of the shoe factory are densely packed. Some enterprises are stacked at random, such as finished products, semi-finished products, raw materials and leftovers. Not only is it easy to have a fire, but once the accident occurs, the workers can not evacuate in time, and it is easy to cause casualties.

Seven, fire safety management is not in place.

Some enterprises are indifferent to safety consciousness, fire management system is not perfect, fire management and safety management are not perfect, some enterprises are confused in fire safety management, ignoring fire safety, and there are more fire hazards.
