Su Hao: The United States Is Engaged In "National Corruption".

    2011/8/20 9:08:00 61

    Su HaoAmerican Corrupt World

The United States has recently been lowered by S & P.

    Sovereign debt rating

But it still requires the world to pay for its economic recovery, which clearly exposes the selfishness of western developed countries in safeguarding their interests.

    With almost unsupervised voice and

    hegemony

The western countries are not afraid of damaging the interests of the countries and people of the emerging economies. I think this behavior can be regarded as a "state corruption" behavior.

We talk about corruption. Generally speaking, there are two levels of problems, one is the corruption of human beings. For example, some corrupt officials take advantage of their duties to carry out job-related crimes to satisfy their greed; the other is institutional corruption, which is related not only to personal corruption, but also to the system's imperfection. Although some officials have no desire to take the initiative to corrupt, they will gain private benefits through institutional corruption.

The West has always accused itself of being highly corrupt. It is believed that officials' personal corruption and institutional corruption are very common in developing countries, especially in the third world countries.

The logic of corruption is, however, that "unrestricted power or unsupervised power leads to corruption".

    Logical judgement

The United States is still the world's first superpower in the present and even for a long time to come. No international power can supervise, restrict, contend or challenge it. Its actions are unquestioned. This makes the United States feel that it is a hegemonic power in the international relations system, and can do whatever it takes to protect the interests of other countries for its own interests.

This hegemonic behavior has been prominently reflected in the political and military fields, and now it is more reflected in the economic field, especially in finance.

In order to maintain financial hegemony and satisfy the high welfare needs of domestic voters, the United States borrows heavily. Once debt is not paid, the debt is written off by printing money.

Other countries are struggling to earn money, and the United States only needs to start printing money machine lightly, and then "grab".

Is it not a disguised act of taking state as the main body to seek private benefits with unrestrained power?

In fact, this financial crisis first broke out in the western society and made the world economy slow. In the past few years, the contribution rate of the emerging economies was the highest in the world economic growth.

By depriving the emerging economies of their own interests, they are also leveraging the potential of the world's economic recovery ahead of time. The destruction of corruption at the national level is almost universal.

The American "national corruption" is a new phenomenon. It awakened our understanding of corruption: in addition to corruption and corruption, there was corruption at the national level. Individual countries should be vigilant against the world's abuse of power.

We see that, even after being demoted, the United States continues to stress that "the United States pays no debts" and still requests other countries to accept its claim, and the debt repayment method is to continue to adopt quantitative easing policy to print banknotes.

    Posture arrogance

The corrupt behavior is not known by the imperial crown.

Therefore, for this new type of corruption, the international community must adopt collective forces to restrict it and not allow it to do whatever it wants, otherwise the damage will only be greater.

The United States has always opposed the "global governance" jointly undertaken by the international community. It believes that "global governance" is inferior to "hegemony stability".

In contrast, China has always advocated the democratization of international relations, that is, to make the interests of more countries respected and maintained, rather than deciding the direction of international relations by the interests of hegemonic countries.

In the past, many developing countries advocated democratization of international relations from the political, military and diplomatic levels. Now it seems that when global governance is advocated, economic and financial relations should also be taken into consideration.

We need a truly fair and reasonable multilateral mechanism. Emerging economies, especially important developing creditor countries, must play a decisive role in the International Monetary Fund, and should not let the United States take advantage of one vote veto.

Emerging economies are rising, but they have just realized that they want to protect their common interests and oppose the US style "state corruption".

The BRICs cooperation mechanism is just beginning. In the future, we should continue to strengthen the status of G20, emphasize the role of BRICs, highlight regional cooperation among East Asian countries, and form a more stable and effective multilateral cooperation mechanism, thereby restraining US financial hegemony and giving play to the effect of preventing corruption.
