According to the survey data, more than 7 of the fresh graduates did not know the key points of the resume, they did not know what the key points were in the resume, and they blindly applied for jobs. Internship experience does not mean all.

Internship experience is an indispensable part of a resume, but it does not mean everything.

There are no key points in the curriculum vitae. Every content needs to be filled out carefully. How to objectively express the invisible facts can make the interviewer convinced.

For example, whether the language used in the resume is rational and objective, whether the content comes around the job candidates, whether your career planning and the direction of future development are clear or not are all factors that highlight the highlights of your resume.

More than half of the students think they need to introduce.

Example: Xiao Cao, a senior student of the school of television and journalism, Communication University of China, focuses on the experience of taking part in various social activities and internships during the University, but chooses to avoid the lack of experience and character.

Most of the graduating students did not understand the contents of self evaluation.

Most of the graduating students will give a self praise to themselves when they fill in their self-evaluation, but the purpose of self evaluation is not to identify themselves.

Self identification requires refined language to express what level of competence can be achieved, and at which stage the breadth and depth of the professional level will be grasped, and what is the capital for the desired position.

The main direction and training objectives of the profession are also explained, and the certificates of disciplinary awards obtained in recent years are attached.

The educational background should be simple and clear.

Education background has become the past of graduates, and is not the key to job search.

In fact, the educational background is very simple. The interviewer just wants to know what courses you have studied, how well you learn and how strong your learning ability is, so you only need to clearly introduce your professional courses and performance.
