What Are The Design Specifications For The Exhibition?

    Exhibition Comply With Design Specifications

Exhibitions in various countries and regions will have various management regulations and restrictions on exhibition design and construction.

Many regulations and restrictions are related to maintenance.

    Public safety

    Do you understand public order?

    I. regulations on exhibition booths.

1, height restrictions: the exhibition has restrictions on exhibition frames and exhibits, especially for double deck exhibition booths, staircases, and the structure extending outward from the top of the exhibition booth. The high limit is often not prohibiting superelevation. If we go through the relevant formalities and meet the technical standards, we may be allowed to build super tall exhibition stands and display exhibits.

2, open limit: many exhibitions prohibit all enclosed exhibition booths. If the exhibition booth is closed, the exhibition will lose its display function. Visitors will complain, but the exhibitors need to close offices, negotiation rooms, warehouses, etc. Therefore, the coordination method generally stipulates that a certain proportion of the area should be opened outwards.

This ratio is generally 70%, allowing the area below 30% to be closed.

    Two. Regulations on exhibition appliances.

    1. The limitation of exhibition frame materials: in many countries, the exhibition stipulates that it must be used.

    Fireproof treatment

Materials that restrict the use of plastics to limit dangerous chemicals.

2, electrical regulations: most countries have strict regulations on electrical appliances, and the technical specifications of electrical appliances must comply with local regulations and requirements.

    Three. Regulations on pedestrian flow.

Walkway restrictions: mainly the provisions and restrictions on the width of the aisles. In order to ensure the smooth flow of people, the exhibition stipulates the width of the aisle, prohibits the booth, props and works of the exhibitors from occupying the walkway. The TV and retail products often cause congestion, so there are corresponding requirements. For example, the TV should not be facing the walkway, and the counter must be away from the walkway.

    Four. Regulations on fire control.

1, the fire environment requirements: if it is a large exhibition booth, it must be proportionate to the pavilion area and the estimated number of spectators.

    Emergency Access

    Or export and sign.

The provision of fire-fighting equipment must be equipped with fire fighting equipment.

2, personnel requirements: some exhibitions require the exhibition booth to designate the fire control person, and require all the exhibition personnel to know the fire regulations and emergency exits.

Five. Regulations and restrictions on exhibits.

It is mainly for abnormal exhibits including super high and overweight exhibits.

As long as proper measures are taken, we can generally solve them.

For example, if the exhibition hall is high enough, it can be consulted with the exhibition hall; the overweight exhibits can be used to distribute the unit load.

The more common and difficult problem is the size of the unloading door, which is a natural restriction.

The super high overweight exhibits usually need to enter the exhibition before the exhibits of other exhibitors.

If any problem is difficult to solve, consult with the organizer or the owner of the exhibition as early as possible.

Such exhibits are usually advertised for exhibitions, so organizers will be willing to help.

Some exhibitions consider safety and restrict the operation of machines.

For weapons, there are general rules and procedures are very troublesome.

    Six, environmental regulations.

    1. Volume limitation: background music is arranged by the organizer of the exhibition. The volume of the audio-visual equipment of the exhibitors must be controlled without affecting the scope of the exhibitors around.

2, color restrictions: if the exhibition organizers want to achieve the coordination effect, they often put forward color requirements.

The exhibitors are required to use some basic hue or title tone.

The title and size of the headlines may also be presented.

The exhibitors, as long as they comply with the regulations, do not interfere with the surrounding booths (for example, too much noise). Exhibitors can generally design the booth shape, display the exhibits and use colors.

    Seven. Regulations on labour.

Many countries (especially developed countries) stipulate that workers must be registered workers in the exhibition.

Exhibitors are not allowed to do it themselves.

In New York, for example, if the exhibitor picks up a hammer to nail a nail, the local worker will take the hammer to stop you from working.

Americans deprive you of your right to work, which sounds ridiculous, but it is a fact and must be observed.

    Eight, the relevant procedures.

Most of the exhibitions require the exhibitors to send the design to trial and ask the exhibitors to go through the formalities before construction.

The Ministry Of Finance Says There Is No Timetable For Reducing Taxes On Luxury Goods.

"The general tariff adjustment is at the end of the year, and it may be cosmetic tariffs that are expected to be adjusted in advance, but the intensity of the adjustment is also tentative."
