On the morning of 26 July, Wang Qishan, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, announced the opening of the Sixth China Central Investment and trade fair.

Anerood Jugnauth, President of the Republic of Mauritius and John Chiang, vice chairman of the Chinese Kuomintang, attended the ceremony.

It is understood that the China Expo will include the summit forum, the mayors forum for sustainable development, the pnational procurement negotiation, the central development finance forum, the Shanxi and the central region and Taiwan economic and trade cooperation forum, and so on. We will invite politicians and business elites, experts and scholars to make speeches to pave the way for economic and technological exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign businessmen, and to achieve two-way interaction, mutual benefit and win-win and common development.
