Construction of strong facilities in the park

The area has been recognized as a favorable opportunity for the Fumian garment industrial zone to be recognized as a class a park in the autonomous region. The planning for the construction of the garment industrial park is further strengthened. The layout of the park is scientifically planned around the garment characteristic industry. The construction of the industrial zone of the Eastern and Western five phases of the garment industrial zone, the industrial zone of Yang Gang and the industrial zone of Yuchai and Fumian industrial areas are mainly accelerated. The infrastructure such as roads, water and electricity is vigorously improved, providing a favorable environment for the enterprises to settle down, and guiding the enterprises to concentrate on the park and urge the development of the garment industry.

At present, there are over 300 enterprises in the garment industrial area, and more than 80 garment supporting enterprises.

This year, we have invested 54 million 510 thousand yuan in the construction of the industrial park infrastructure and 15000 square meters in the standard factory building.

Excellent service problem solving problem

In order to help garment enterprises encounter difficulties in the development and promote the fast and healthy development of the garment industry, in the beginning of August this year, the district organized the research group of economic and trade, development and pformation, investment promotion, industry and commerce, science and technology and other departments, and went deep into 13 related enterprises, such as garment processing and garment matching, to carry out investigation, on-site service and problem solving activities.

Taking the form of Symposium and on-site inspection of the production situation of enterprises, in-depth investigation and research were carried out to understand the problems existing in the production and operation of enterprises, as well as the research and suggestions on supporting preferential policies for enterprises.

In view of the problems reflected by enterprises, the relevant functional departments of the district shall conscientiously study and solve them, especially give support and services in such aspects as investment and financing of enterprises, policy information, and pportation protection of coal and electric oil, etc., so as to help enterprises locate and strengthen management and further improve the production efficiency of enterprises.

Technology leads to quality

This area has vigorously implemented the "Introduction and demonstration of clothing advanced manufacturing technology and clothing brand development" project, focusing on two major parts of garment manufacturing and garment washing, focusing on garment design innovation and quality improvement of clothing products, and vigorously introducing various kinds of technical talents, such as fashion design, garment manufacturing and enterprise management, and so on, trying to attract famous domestic and foreign top fashion designers to pass on their treasures to promote the construction of innovative technology talents in Fumian garment industry.

In the first half of this year, 5 new industrial products have been developed in the area. 3 advanced industrial technologies have been introduced and developed, and the information demonstration enterprises of bin Hui Sheng garment factory have been set up. Two energy-saving and emission reduction technologies have been introduced in Jingwei water washing plant and Jin Shi Shun water washing plant respectively.

At present, there are more than 1300 engineering and technical personnel and more than 1400 business management personnel in the garment enterprises of the whole district.

In view of the impact of the financial crisis on the enterprise, on the one hand, it strengthens the communication and coordination between enterprises and financial institutions, and actively builds an effective platform for docking between banks and enterprises.

On the other hand, we should formulate preferential policies and increase financial support to help enterprises in line with the direction of industrial development and better growth to get financial and guarantee institutions support.

At the same time, more powerful garment enterprises should be encouraged to take the road of collectivization management, realize bundled development, support enterprise mergers and acquisitions, and form wholly owned, holding and shareholding companies, so as to achieve large-scale and intensive operation.

Emphasizing training and promoting production

Around the goal of creating the characteristic "world pants capital", the district has constantly increased the training of garment workers' production skills, and further promoted the expansion of garment enterprises' production scale.

The labor and Employment Service Department has strengthened the links with all vocational training institutions, made clear the training types and training priorities of garment enterprises, and implemented training personnel.

This year, the district has organized training for sewing workers, water washing workers, garment designers, garment embroidery machines, machine repair workers and so on, aiming at the needs of garment enterprises. It has trained more than 1500 people and recommended more than 1000 workers in the factory.

At the same time, a database of labor force resources and employment information was set up in the District, and rural surplus personnel were trained through various networks in the villages to participate in the training of re employment skills such as computer embroidery, clothing sewing and so on.

This area conscientiously implements the "China Fu Mian clothing brand development strategic plan", starts the "world pants capital" regional brand, persists in grasping the trademark registration of the enterprise and expanding the superiority of the existing brand, grasping the cultivation and the grade enhancement of the mass famous brand, and making a rush for the famous brand.

By convening business owners' Symposium, organizing owners to learn basic knowledge about trademarks, and encouraging and guiding enterprises to cultivate and create their own brands, develop famous brand products, and enhance market competitiveness and market share.

It is understood that the district has registered more than 160 clothing brands, of which 6 are registered brands in Hongkong, 39 are registered brands in Guangdong, and 5 garment enterprises have been producing OEM brands in Hongkong and Europe and the United States.
