Why Should Leaders Be Good At Telling Stories?
A colleague asked me why leadership storytelling is very important for leadership. So I listed the following points:
Storytelling is a key leadership skill, because it is fast, powerful, free, natural, refreshing and inspiring. It is cooperative, persuasive and comprehensive, giving pleasure, moving, unforgettable and real feeling.
The story can help us understand the operation of the company better.

The story is from the outside, but the understanding of the meaning is from the heart.

This experience will not tire me.
At the moment when we heard a story, we began to look forward to the second.
We want more, and we can not say that it also has the power to create some connection between the ego and the universe.
