Fu Mian is located in the south of the Tropic of cancer. It has plenty of rain and light. It has rich soil and abundant agricultural resources.

From the end of the last century and the beginning of this century, with the upsurge of going out for work and the rapid growth of the local garment industry, more and more farmers went to work in Guangdong and other places, or became workers in local clothing enterprises.

"Our village is only a small part of the population. Farming is very hard all year round. It's really not a rush to do anything but hunger. Almost every family has young people out there."

Many farmers voluntarily give the contracted land to others, and they also pay public grain every year. There are nearly 2000 acres of good farmland in Fumian village, and almost 1/4 of them are abandoned.

"Facing the Loess back to the sky, the two season rice is calculated by 800 kilograms per mu and 3 yuan per kilogram. The deduction of the cost is only 1500 yuan per year, but there are so many months in the factory."

Now, all this seems to have completely reversed.

Reporters recently saw some villages in Fumian District, along the roads of paddy fields, vineyards, banana plantations and so on.

First, the farmers who are no longer farmers are going to earn their salaries and collect land rent after they have pferred the land.

Fu Mian village farmer Tang Xiongxiu own 2.1 acres of land 10 years ago rent other species of bananas, rent only 600 yuan per mu at the beginning, now it is 1050 yuan.

Xiao Yunfei said, "the rent of some plots has risen to about 1700 yuan this year, although there are still people coming to the land every month."

"There are so many people coming here that I feel a little unable to cope."

Jiang Yongfa, director of the office of Agriculture Bureau of Fuyang District, tells of such a story: last month, a female boss in Liaoning came to Fuyang to rent potatoes, and when he opened his mouth, he had to pay 5000 mu and a deposit.

"But the condition is better, the real connection is already rented, and we can do nothing but get 1500 acres."

In Fumian village, Xiao Yunfei, a secretary of the branch, is quite familiar with the land that is available every year in the village. Recently, he also found it strange: in the past, some dryland with poor water conservancy and a marginal area now has a rent of 800 yuan per mu, and some people want to rent sugar cane. But farmers want to wait and see, because the rent may continue to rise this year.

Li Zhizhong, a large grain farmer in Fumian District, has a good harvest of nearly 400 mu of early rice this year. The yield per mu is more than 500 kilograms, and the net income of each mu is close to 500 yuan after deducting the cost and expenditure.

He has a deep understanding: "every household is too inefficient in agriculture, and there is hope in scale and industrialization."

At present, the brand name rice produced by his company has been welcomed by consumers everywhere.
