About more than 30 thousand of them are employed in famous shoe companies like "Red Dragonfly" and so on. Through their own businesses, there are about 1000 young people in the "old board" of small and medium-sized enterprises, and more senior managers in some shoe factories in Wenzhou.

Wu Gaowu, deputy director of the Yangxin labor and Social Security Bureau and director of the County Bureau of labor and employment, said that the training center of Guang County employment and Employment Bureau pported more than 2000 shoemaking technicians to Guangdong Zhongshan Bao Yuan footwear industry in three years.
Now Guangdong Zhongshan Bao Yuan shoe industry has set up training base in Yangxin.

Many young workers from the "four sides" export labor to the "return project" to start their own business.
The 80 shoe-making enterprises in Yangxin's urban and rural areas were founded by people who came back from work in Wenzhou. They led more than 400 local labor force employment and became a highlight of the "return project" in the county.
Not only are there many people in the footwear industry, but also in Yangxin, Wenzhou has "Hubei Wenzhou labor service station" (formerly Yangxin Wenzhou labor Station) supporting the migrant workers, and there are more than 40 public and private training institutions in the region.
With a certain scale, popularity, professional skills and specialized service organizations, Yangxin's policy makers have strengthened the confidence and determination to build the "Yangxin shoemaker" brand after the "trip to Wenzhou".

Looking at the report of the Yangxin people's Congress at the end of last year and the report of the people's Congress at the beginning of this year, looking at the "11th Five-Year plan" of Yangxin, Yangxin did not include the cultivation of brand services in the big plate of local economic and social development.
This shows that there is a lack of effective organizational guidance and support.
In the workforce of more than 20 people, less than 20% were organized by government departments, while 80% were introduced by acquaintances and scattered spontaneously.
A large number of labors lacking culture and skills can only engage in jobs with simple labor or low skills in the capacity of "migrant workers", accounting for about 70% of them.

"Yangxin shoemaker" itself can not really play the brand effect, which is reflected in the small scale of operation, poor business environment, strong liquidity, poor stability, low organization degree, and it is difficult to form a certain industrial chain and agglomeration advantages.
Daye Yin Zu's "garden and ancient building" labor brand has assembled more than 3.6 people, with an annual per capita income of 45 thousand yuan, while Yangxin is more typical of the 2000 people who are employed in Guangdong Zhongshan Bao Yuan footwear industry, with an annual per capita income of less than 30 thousand yuan.
Zeng Xiang Ying, the office of the Yangxin County Office of the "Wenzhou trip", said that the main reasons for the small scale were insufficient funds, inadequate market development and low technology content.
Shi Zunhua, a representative of Yang Xin's pioneering work in Wenzhou, went to work in Wenzhou shoe factory in 1994, and learned a complete set of production technology and management skills.
In 2003, the sole proprietor set up a "Shi Lei shoe making factory" to engage in processing.
Shi Zunhua and Zeng Xiang should have an account: a pair of leather shoes worth 80 yuan has 107 sets of processing procedures, and actually has a profit of about 30 yuan, and the processing of raw materials, the profits of a pair of leather shoes can only earn 3-5 yuan.
Shi Zunhua said to Zeng Xiang Ying with a bitter smile, "I am a Wugong".
Yangxin dialect is wasted.
In Yangxin's urban and rural shoemaking enterprises, there are more than 10 people, but few people, and most of them are in the future.
Although the product is durable and reasonably priced, it has not yet registered its trademark.
From an economic point of view, the brand of "Yangxin shoemaker" in Yangxin is still at a superficial level. It can be said that it is only a name, but still lacks substantive connotations.
In Wu Gaowu's view, the first China Employment forum and the national labor brand exhibition exchange meeting held in Zhengzhou, Henan from November 7th to 8, had a profound impact on them. The labor importation sites at the exchange conference were envious of the "olive branch" which was repeatedly stretched out by these brands, such as Hubei embroidery women and Sichuan sister housekeeping.

An important reason is that the employment of these brands of migrant workers means systematic, good vocational training, certain expertise and technology, which means service commitment and service value.
