According to the news from Zipper Association of China, due to the lack of professionals, the production efficiency of Chinese zippers and the world zipper giant Japanese YKK company is very large.
The average annual output value of Shanghai YKK company is 600 thousand yuan, while the annual output value of Chinese zipper enterprises is less than 200 thousand yuan.
Shortage of talent has become an obstacle to the development of China's zippers.

A trained professional staff is very different from those who have not been trained professionally. Continuous training for their technical competence and quality has become a must for the industry to enhance its competitiveness.

According to Zhou Yiyang, in the second half of this year, the chamber of Commerce will collectively seek talents from the joint venture, and plan to carry out the whole industry wide training through various channels, so as to improve the quality of employees in an all-round way.
