We will continue to support the expansion of the Wenzhou equity investment fund (the first phase), which is invested by 30% of the city's financial capital and the 50 million yuan invested by the municipal finance, and regulate private financial activities and guide private capital investment.

In addition, Wenzhou will also set up a special fund for industrial pformation and upgrading with a scale of 87 million yuan, and a special fund of 120 million yuan for foreign trade development to support relevant industrial enterprises.

Wang Zhentao said that although some small and medium-sized enterprises in the private lending "storm" appeared in the capital chain tension, but the overall economic entity of the city has little impact.
