The owner insisted that the home must be cleaned once he bought it.

According to the residents around Da'an street, the phenomenon of selling "old clothes" in Harbin city appeared in the late 80s of last century. The site was initially sold on eleven streets near West.

Around 2005, the trafficking site moved to No. 22 Da'an street, and now it has been extended to hospitals such as 12 and 28.
