The notice requires that relevant departments should actively guide cotton growers and enterprises to correctly judge the supply and demand situation of cotton and rationally guide them.

According to the introduction, as a major province of textile cotton, in order to stabilize the cotton planting area and maintain certain cotton output, Shandong province will organize the implementation of Shandong's "12th Five-Year" cotton industry revitalization plan and increase the cotton planting area.

We should focus on improving cotton production conditions and strengthening the construction of high quality cotton production bases.

We should encourage and support new varieties breeding and technological research and development, carry out the construction of high yield of cotton, increase the yield per unit area and benefit of cotton planting.
