At the end of the year, the investment attraction of Zhoukou city is bright, and the import and export trade and utilization of foreign capital have entered the advanced ranks of the whole province.

Data show that from January to September, the main business data of the city were gratifying.

The total import and export volume of the city reached 297 million 560 thousand US dollars, ranking second in Huang Huai's four cities, of which 189 million 880 thousand US dollars were exported, an increase of 74.1% over the same period last year, higher than the 51.4 percentage points nationwide and 13 percentage points in the whole province, and the 91.6% target for the provincial target target was 207 million 360 thousand dollars, ranking first in the four cities of Huang Huai.

From January to September, 3 new foreign-invested enterprises in the city, 48 million 480 thousand dollars in foreign capital contracts, and 198 million 950 thousand US dollars in actual utilization of foreign capital increased by 66.4% compared with the same period last year, achieving 101% of the target set at 197 million US dollars, with the goal of finishing third in the province and the first in Huang Huai four.

Even more gratifying is that Zhoukou has implemented the provincial government's efforts to build an export base for the footwear industry in Henan province.

The city has signed 42 contracts for investment in footwear industry, 19 shoe manufacturers, and a total investment of 5 billion 114 million yuan. At present, 17 production shoe lines have been built, forming 12 million pairs of existing production capacity and 30 thousand staffing staff. A shoe-making industrial cluster with Fugou Bao Chang shoe industry, Xihua kahong shoe industry, Shangshui strong Hong shoes industry and Luyi Xianglong shoes industry as the leading industry has been formed, which has greatly promoted the footwear export of our city, and has shown strong growth momentum.

From January to September, the city had achieved 6 million 650 thousand pairs of footwear exports, an increase of 174.8% over the same period last year, with an export volume of US $71 million 790 thousand, an increase of 250.7% over the same period last year, and exports and exports accounted for 44% and 48.2% of the province's total respectively.

Moreover, the speed of Zhoukou's construction of the export base of Henan footwear industry is accelerating.

Fugou Baochang shoe industry development Co., Ltd. is invested and built by Taiwan Baocheng (International) group Zhongshan Baoyuan Industrial Group Co., Ltd., and is built on an annual scale of 6 million pairs of high-end tourist shoes.

The enterprise invested 160 million yuan in the first phase, and over 3000 workers were employed. The two phase plan invested 230 million yuan, and planned more than 1200 new workers. From January 2011 to September, the foreign exchange earning amounted to 17 million 500 thousand US dollars.

At the same time, Xihua kaichong Shoes Co., Ltd., Huaiyang Ding Tai Feng Footwear Group and other enterprises are showing rapid development trend.

Two, the production and processing capacity of world famous brand shoes has been significantly enhanced.

With the rapid growth of Fugou Bao Chang shoe industry, Xihua kaichong shoe industry, Shangshui Qiang Hong shoe industry, Huaiyang Ding Tai Feng shoe group and other enterprises, the shoemaking enterprises in our city have successively owned the production and processing capacity of the world famous brand shoes such as "Reebok" and "UGG".

Big investment promotes Zhoukou's leveraging development, and the brand effect of "Zhoukou speed" continues to enlarge.
