At 8 o'clock in the evening of November 31st, after being informed by the informants, the Yueqing industrial and commercial bureau of the Yueqing Bureau of industry and Commerce seized the 9000 "double CONVERSE" leisure shoes in the 1 storehouse on the first floor of two houses in the south of No. 29 Gao Xi Bei Road, Yueqing, north of the white elephant town.
Then, in the 2 warehouse located 50 meters away from the north side of the warehouse, 2 pairs of "CONVERSE" casual shoes were marked and 2100 pairs of casual shoes marked "VANS" were marked.
After investigation, "CONVERSE" and "VANS" are all registered trademarks.
After being initially identified by the counterfeiting personnel of the infringing enterprises, the casual shoes in the two warehouses are counterfeit products, with 39200 pairs of casual shoes, with a value exceeding one million yuan. The law enforcement officers found no people at the scene, and decided to seize the 39200 pairs of casual shoes according to law.
At present, the case is being further investigated and dealt with.
