The workshop of D District of Hengli filament has been planned since April of this year. After technical exchange, equipment customization and equipment installation, the color masterbatch has been successfully added to the mixing system, and the advanced weight mixing method has been adopted to make the masterbatch blending more uniform and the color more fuller. The system can produce various colors of industrial yarn, and can be customized according to the needs of customers.

The introduction of this system has filled a gap in the Hengli Chemical fiber industrial yarn project. The products are mainly located in high-end customers. At present, there are two spinning positions in production, and 7 tons of colored industrial yarn can be produced daily.

The production plan will also be flexibly adjusted according to market conditions.

Last year, the proportion of high-tech fiber production in Hengli Group reached 20% and the profit contribution rate exceeded 40%.
