    China's cotton textile industry is now in the period of industrial restructuring.     The cooling way of motor can adopt multi machine water cooling or oil cooling technology, on the basis of reducing power consumption, in order to reduce the influence of motor heat dissipation on workshop temperature.

    According to the demand of production, we should choose the lighting form and illuminance value reasonably, choose the new energy-saving light source or new electronic ballast, pform the unreasonable lighting circuit, and consider the full application of natural light, and improve the efficiency of lighting system.


    The air pressure system is retrofit to reduce energy consumption and make rational use of the heat generated by the air compressor.

    High and low pressure can be supplied separately to reduce energy waste caused by high pressure gas supply.


    The new energy saving equipment, such as new energy saving spindles and new roving flyers, is adopted.

    Optimize process and reduce workload

    At present, the textile industry is in the critical stage of industrial upgrading and industrial pfer. With the increase of new capacity, a large number of new devices have been adopted.
