Qian Yang told reporters that faced with the plight of survival, some domestic enterprises or small processing plants also changed.
Breaking the contract or missing things is more than ever before, and he himself met three such things in 2011 alone.
The most typical thing happened in May last year. Qian Yang ordered an order to a processing plant. The two sides agreed that the raw materials were supplied by foreign trade companies, and the factories were responsible for processing and collecting processing fees of 12 yuan each.
But by the time of delivery, Qian Yang could not wait for the notice of the processing factory.
Later, Qian Yang personally called to urge him, but was told that he had to find another factory to work, and the price would be raised to 40 yuan before delivery.
One side is that the letter of credit issued by foreign customers is due to expire quickly. On the other hand, the processing factory detains the goods, coerce the price, and Qian Yang faces the dilemma.
No doubt, Qian Yang went to the factory several times to negotiate. In the end, the two sides agreed to make a deal of 28 yuan, but when Qian Yang first sent the goods to the shipping company's warehouse for payment, the other side did not agree. Qian Yang asked him to give it a reply after consideration.
"This has not been followed, and later went back to see the locals say that the factory has closed down, and the boss owed a debt and left the place."
Qian said that for the sake of this business, only fabric cost was invested more than fifty thousand yuan. In the end, although a lot of explanations were made to the customers, it was inevitable that the cooperation between the two sides would be overshadowed.
This phenomenon is not uncommon. Many journalists, such as clothing, food and other production enterprises or foreign trade companies, have encountered or heard of similar things, which not only affect the cooperative relationship between enterprises, but also bring resistance to the smooth trade.
Xiao Tan, a salesman of Ningbo Huayi Garments Co., Ltd., told reporters that he often heard that the order was placed in a small factory before, and that it could not be done because of various reasons such as capital and employee turnover. The order became awkward suddenly.
Xiao Tan believes that this not only has a negative impact on the image of Chinese garment enterprises, but also an invisible loss to every single trade.
Deception is a life timer.
Some enterprises can deceive Zhang three and deceive Li four, and the root cause is the lack of credit system.
"This is a vicious circle. If this problem is not solved, more small factories will be closed down."
Qian Yang told reporters without worry that once the situation occurred in enterprises or small factories, the original cooperation relationship between the two sides would be destroyed, and the small factories would never get the order.
Qian Yang believes that the phenomenon is that the small factories that are facing the plight of survival are relying on the last straw to make profits. It is also the psychology that many foreign businessmen can get a little bit more when they are in financial difficulties.
Nevertheless, in the interview, reporters learned that many enterprises have countermeasures to prevent them from being harmed.
Ye Wei told reporters that his company had also met with foreign businessmen to make payment after delivery.
"But we say that the old list is not clear, the new single does not do, every income must be used to make the next single input, the other side see us insist, we will pay."
Ye Wei said that his advantages in price and other aspects also gave foreign investors no choice.
Xiao Gong, a salesperson of a well-known monosodium glutamate producer in China, also told reporters that the company had met with a British customer who refused to pay the money on the pretext that MSG had not been sold before. Therefore, the company has now readjusted its payment method. "No payment will be made to the bill of lading, even if it arrives at the port, it must also pull the goods back."
Xiao Gong said that after the new payment method was adopted, the phenomenon of foreign delinquency could basically be avoided.
However, Qian Yang also pointed out that some enterprises could deceive Zhang three and deceive Lee four, and the root cause was the lack of credit system.
For this reason, Qian Yang hopes to set up a credit insurance system similar to that used in foreign trade for domestic purposes, and implement relevant insurance measures.
Qian Yang said that after the establishment of such an insurance system, on the one hand, it could introduce intermediaries to share the risks. The compensation should be held by the letter insurance company. On the other hand, it could be blacklisted on the dishonest enterprises or factories in a timely manner, "let them not enter the normal market, so that they can not cheat."

Because of the shadow of previous food safety incidents in the minds of customers, food exports are also suffering from "injustice".
Wang Xuemei, the business representative of Hangzhou Wahaha import and Export Co., Ltd. told reporters that although the products of the company can pass quality inspection, foreign consumers will be cautious to choose the drinks marked "made in China", so it is still hard to sell.
"But Chinese food has a price advantage."
Wang Xuemei said, because the price is relatively low, foreign enterprises will cooperate with Chinese food enterprises.
However, it is embarrassing to say that "a lot of food must rely on foreign brands, and the words made in China are small enough to sell."
