New Industrialization Promotes Hunan Textile And Clothing 2013 Into The Ranks Of "100 Billion Industries"

A strong growth of a number of growth enterprises

Driven by the new industrialization, the "textile Xiang army" emerged.

According to the data released by the China Federation of textile industry and the relevant departments of Hunan Province, Dongxin group ranks 1 billion 990 million in the main business income of China's textile industry, with the top 100 business income of the main business and the top 100 enterprises in Hunan province; the Hunan and the West are the top 50 manufacturing enterprises in China; the "Tian Jin" brand of the Yun Brocade group has been rated as the most influential brand in China's cotton textile industry. The Huasheng Group has been the leader of the Buddhist linen textile industry for 10 consecutive years, and China's textile export 100 strong enterprises.

In 2011, there were 13 textiles in the whole province.

Innovation leads to fission

A major problem in the long term development of Hunan's textile industry is the small scale of the enterprises, the decentralization of the Ministry of industry and the weak core competitiveness.

In the process of promoting the new industrial development in the province, the government has guided and nurturing enterprises to become the main body of independent innovation.

In 2011, the province's textile industry completed 13 billion 800 million yuan in technological pformation, an increase of 30% over the same period last year.

Starting from 2007, Hunan started to set up a new type of industrialization guidance fund, which allocated 300 million yuan in the year and increased by nearly 1 billion yuan in 2011, of which more than 70% were used to support enterprises' independent innovation and technological pformation.

In 2011, the province's textile industry had 9 new products identified by the provincial level, of which 6 new products ranked the leading position in the country, and 2 scientific and technological achievements were appraised by the municipal level.

In 2011, there were more than 120 projects in the province's textile industry, including technological pformation, new construction, industrial upgrading and elimination of backward production capacity. The first phase of the Yun Jin Industrial Park project invested by 1 billion yuan in Hunan Yun Jin group was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in China. The Yintai Jinzhou base and Yanling Yintai built 100 thousand clean production technology pformation projects, all of which were advanced technologies such as compact spinning and SEG spinning. Hunan Desheng textile and Garment Co., Ltd. invested 1 billion yuan in the Yongzhou Desheng textile and garment industrial park, which has built 12 pairs of jeans production lines with 1 million 500 thousand production capacity.

Relying on independent innovation and technological support, the quality and quantity of Hunan's textile industry have been significantly improved.

Building "green" textile

In the evaluation rules of new industrialization in Hunan, energy saving, environmental protection and other environmental indicators have accounted for 8 of the 10 indicators.

While giving prominence to the assessment of environmental indicators, we also focus on the "green" development of enterprises through market means.

The system guarantees enterprises and local governments to attach importance to the value of environmental resources.

The Dongting Lake area in Hunan is the largest ramie producing area in China, and also an important production area for ramie processing and weaving.

Around Dongting Lake, there are more than 100 ramie textile factories. The traditional chemical degumming method has long been harmful to Dongting Lake area.

In recent years, the Hunan provincial government and the environmental protection department have shut down dozens of environmental protection textile mills.

According to the general requirements of building the "two oriented society", Hunan textile industry actively implements energy conservation, consumption reduction, cleaner production and green development.

Yuanjiang star hemp industry, as the first demonstration enterprise of ramie degumming clean production, has broken through many technical bottlenecks in the industrialization of ramie degumming.

Recently, the Yuanjiang Si Xin Ma industry, which has been closed down for many days, has introduced the new technology of biological degumming of the star hemp industry. It has successfully passed the environmental protection acceptance of the clean production of Yiyang Environmental Protection Bureau, and has fully resumed production, and has rapidly formed the capacity of 5000 tons of refined hemp.

At present, the ramie textile enterprises in the province have achieved emission standards by introducing biological degumming technology or independently innovating enzyme degumming technology.

In order to fully implement cleaner production in the whole industry, the textile industry Office of Hunan province has also formulated energy consumption admittance standards for 8 kinds of products, such as pure cotton combed yarn. The implementation plan for cleaner production of industrial enterprises (Textiles) in Xiangjiang River Basin has been compiled, and 13 enterprises such as Changsha Towel Group, Dongting hemp industry, Dongxin group and so on have been set up as pilot projects, and 13 cleaner production technologies, such as "new sizing industry technology" and so on, have been identified and applied.
