According to Xinhua News Agency 19, Shandong Rongcheng City Finance Bureau revealed that from the autumn of 2012, the new semester, the local compulsory education stage families with financial difficulties will receive student dress subsidies.

In order to further improve the student financial support system, Rongcheng has launched a new student subsidy policy for economically difficult families.

From the beginning of the new term of the autumn, Rongcheng's finance will arrange special funds to provide student accommodation allowance for students of low security families in the compulsory education stage. Meanwhile, the martyrs' children, orphans, disabled students, and needy families and students who suffer from illness and calamity should also be included in the subsidy scope, so as to further reduce the burden of difficult students.

Student loading allowance is subsidized according to the total number of 3% students in the compulsory education stage. The subsidy standard is determined by the price department approved by the price department in the current year. The subsidy is 5% full amount and half allowance.
