Who Is Wrong When Taiwanese Shoe Companies Move Away From Dongguan?
In January 1st, with the implementation of the new labor contract law and the seven new policies of tax and environmental protection, and the pressure of "double pformation" pushed by Dongguan, Dongguan Taiwanese businessmen are suffering from fire.
According to relevant personages, at present, more than 500 enterprises in Dongguan have moved out of Dongguan.
(January 21st Southern Metropolis Daily) there is a saying in the economic circles that 1/3 of Taiwanese businessmen are in Guangdong and 1/3 of Taiwanese businessmen in Guangdong are in Dongguan.
Data show that Dongguan has more than 5600 Taiwan funded enterprises, and Taiwan funded enterprises invest more than 4 billion US dollars, accounting for 1/3 of the proportion of foreign investment in the city.
In this context, the relocation of Taiwanese businessmen is undoubtedly of great importance.
As far as I understand it, Dongguan needs not be too nervous.
Dongguan is known as the "world shoe center". Let's see what kind of enterprises these shoe companies are taking.
If the title of "world shoe center" in Dongguan is built on the basis of low-grade and workshop type shoes enterprises, then such a center is bound to be premature and without any pride.
Now many places are adjusting and upgrading the industry.
In a sense, the relocation of a large number of traditional enterprises can make room for development.
Taiwan's move away from Dongguan seems to be only a matter of Dongguan, but it is actually related to us.
Why did Taiwanese businessmen withdraw?
Yang Xing, a Taiwanese businessman who has moved away from Dongguan, said: "in inland cities, including environmental protection, land, tax preferences and labor contract law, they are not a problem."
"It's not a problem". Its subtext is that all of them can make way for capital, which is at the expense of law-abiding costs.
This may be the real tragedy. A region obeying the law and strictly enforcing the law will cause the cost of the enterprise to rise.
In another area, the negative attitude towards law, especially in environmental protection, land and employment, has become a green light.
This is an abnormal "legal inversion".
In a society ruled by law, we should let law-abiding people benefit and let offenders suffer.
However, because of the existence of "hang upside down", the economic development of the offenders has benefited the lawbreakers, and the law-abiding people suffer from it (which is to say that Dongguan is suffering).
Let us make a tentative plan. If the whole country is playing chess, if there is a highly consistent understanding of the development of law and science, will there be so many Taiwan enterprises moving away from Dongguan?
After all, Dongguan has more industrial foundation, and traditional industries have formed industrial chains.
It is no doubt that we should not let the law-abiding people suffer losses and let the "rafters start rotten first".
