First, look for shops.

But the shop is really impossible to find, like finding a husband. Ha ha, it really depends on luck. After a month, it adds a lot.

Rent, initially almost disappointed, but on that day my friend suddenly told me that there was a shop to be evacuated, and said that I had to find the property to contact the landlord. I was glad to find the landlord so smoothly, and there was no pfer fee, because the last one was a group of two girls who did not intend to do it, and the house expired, so they saved a lot of money.
Second: prophase planning
The shop has been found, and the house is decorated well. I think it is not necessary for me to decorate it. My friend has spent more than 1000 on the ten square meter shop for a wallpaper. Well, it can save the province. At this time, a shopping mall near the place is completely dismantling because of bad business. So many clothes hangers, models and so on, so I got rid of the models, clothes hangers, and a jewelry cabinet, and the mirror, where I went to wholesale small commodities, bought a bunch of random seven or eight knowledge, which cost almost more than 2000, and at most no more than three thousand.
Distribution: the first time I shop, I am at a loss. First, I am not sure what style to do, because I am not sure what crowd is here. Although I have been sitting here for a while, I find that there are more leisure things. I think I do not need to wear formal clothes to work, unless we are in the service industry.
Starting position is the age of 23~35 years old, this kind of, certainly not very women's clothing, because I am not this style, so definitely not pick this kind of clothes, price: positioning in less than 250, in fact, work is not necessarily all money, our Taobao street clothes are expensive, before going to work, boss always told me to take the road of differentiation, ha ha, besides, my shop decoration is a very small woman, not high-end decoration, clothes really follow the decoration, whether high-grade.

Third: Business
Because it was opened in August 25th, if you contact clothes, you know that this time belongs to the off-season, and September is an awkward season. In October, it starts to the peak season of clothing, so the business is not very good in the first two weeks. Every day we try hard to earn the rent, and rent + property + electricity plus Internet surcharge = 90 of the daily rent, so at the beginning, if I can earn the rent a day, I will rest at ease.
Days, I earned 70 yuan, and I didn't have enough rent. I went back to my place and cried myself. I thought I was wrong, so tired, and then I didn't bargain because I wouldn't bargain. Naturally, the price was set at the lowest level. But what kind of people were there? Some people could cut the price of goods to me, or even lower. Every morning, I would worry about how the day would be selling. But after the encouragement of my friends and my experience of consulting the veteran, in the third weeks, my mindset slowly improved and felt that doing business is like this. It is impossible to get a good business every day.
So in the third week, I did a lot of relaxation. (in my mind), and third weeks later, business seemed to be much better than the first two weeks. It may have been slowly to the peak season. In the first two weeks, I was trying to maintain the rent. Many days, I couldn't earn a day's rent, but the best day in the next two weeks earned 600 yuan.
So the first month is 2800 yuan, the profit is almost 3000 yuan, the first month of this performance I am still quite satisfied, after all, is novice, and many places do not understand.
So I've been very satisfied with that. The second month plan is to start networking.

Second: mentality is very important. Don't think that opening a shop is just sitting on a lot of money. There must be a deficit in the business, so you can balance the mentality and find out the problem more rationally.
Now it's the national day again, because my shop is in the office building, so the golden week is very cold. This month, I don't know if I can earn 3000 as I did last month.

260 yuan, I kept thinking that it was 260 yuan, but the girl gave me 210 yuan, and I went to her for 50 yuan. Ha ha, after a long time, I was able to react. I really didn't know how I could find such a wrong account. I knew clearly that it was 260, because they were speaking to me and estimated that they were dizzy, so I responded by crying myself in the shop. I felt sad, not that of one hundred yuan, but I felt very stupid and I failed. Ha, ha, once again, my confidence was hit hard, and I doubted whether I was a material for business, because I found that I could not earn money by doing business. This small shop has cried two times. The first time is to open the first day and earn 70 yuan. Ha ha, the rent has not come back, the second time is two days ago, two girls came to me to buy two clothes.

After some hard work, the owner of the restaurant refused to continue to do so and wanted to change the restaurant.

At the same time, the firm firmly believes that the characteristics of the mill bridge business area also determines that there is a huge box lunch market here. "Noon time is relatively tight. Everyone eats simply, mainly to fill the belly, not to eat hot pot or Chinese food slowly, and the market position of box lunch is very accurate.
