At the beginning of 2007, at the mobilization meeting of ecological construction, Longwan district set the tone for the whole year's environmental pollution remediation work.

The three industries produce large quantities of waste water, waste gas and waste residue, but cause serious regional pollution to the environment.

According to the census, there are 102 enterprises in the whole area, mainly in the streets of Pu Zhou, 43 of which are illegal enterprises. There are 416 stainless steel pipe pulling enterprises, 234 enterprises with legitimate pipe pulling, and 182 illegal enterprises, mainly distributed in 3 streets of Yongzhong, Haibin and Yongxing, and two towns in Sha Cheng and Yao Xi. There are 84 synthetic leather enterprises in the region, including 121 dry production lines and 139 139 wet production lines, of which 20 enterprises have illegal production lines, mainly distributed in Wenzhou Industrial Park, central industrial area and Yongqiang district.

The accurate census of pollution sources provides a basis for each enterprise to implement the sewage disposal regulation, and provides a precise target for the suppression of illegal enterprises.

Since last year, Longwan's environmental protection, industry and commerce, public security and other departments jointly dispatched 4165 inspectors.

In the past, enterprises did not discharge any treatment directly to the upper river. Sulfuric acid caused the water quality to be inferior to class V, and rust caused the color of the river water to be dim. The upper river was dubbed "the Yellow River".

Now, all the waste water discharged by the enterprise has entered the treatment station. After two precipitation, it can be recycled again by the enterprise and no longer be discharged into the upper river.

Wenzhou Zhengda synthetic leather Co., Ltd. is one of the earliest enterprises to introduce waste gas and wastewater treatment plants spontaneously.

As early as 2004, a wastewater treatment plant was built. In 2006, a dry production line was equipped with a distillation tower, and the wet production line was built into a DMF exhaust gas recovery device.

Although the accumulative investment of enterprises in environmental protection equipment is no less than 5 million yuan, the use of DMF waste gas to recycle resin materials has saved about 2 million yuan for enterprises.

Production manager Zheng Fuxiu told reporters that the company is now conducting a pilot project of two methylamine waste gas treatment process, which is expected to solve this odor problem in May this year.

Since 2004, Longwan synthetic leather industry has been relying on industry self-discipline to start pollution control and emission reduction.

Today, all enterprises dry production line to achieve "one line and one tower", the wet production line to build DMF exhaust gas recovery device.

The whole industry has completed the DMF waste gas recovery and treatment, and the two methylamine treatment technology has to be fully implemented. At that time, the bad smell on the airport road will become a history.

All enterprises built wastewater treatment equipment and unified biochemical process management.

The first phase of the first synthetic leather waste disposal center has been put into operation. The synthetic leather enterprises in the region signed a disposal contract with the center to realize centralized disposal of the waste residue.

The development of all kinds of sewage was finished in a short time. The development of the underground network in Longwan was behind the development of the land. The discharge of industrial and domestic sewage had not been collected and processed, which increased the difficulty of environmental remediation.

The East sewage network project involves 4 streets in the area: Yong Zhong, Haibin, Yongxing and Haicheng, 3 towns of Yao Xi, Sha Cheng and Tianhe, and Wenzhou Industrial Park and hi tech park. The radiation area accounts for 63% of the Longwan area, and most industrial and domestic sewage in the area can be put into the drainage network.

In 2007, according to the principle of "unified planning, block construction and step by step", the construction of the East Sewage Network was speeded up.

All the 39 tenders have been put into construction, with a total investment of 135 million yuan, accounting for 13. 5% of the total annual investment.

In the four main trunk construction projects, the airport road to the East sewage treatment plant, the Yongqiang road to Binhai Avenue, the Ouhai road to the east section sewage treatment plant and the east section of the sewage treatment plant to the 4 section of the Haicheng Street section have completed the construction, overfulfilled the construction task of the 5 km trunk pipe, and at the same time, the interception and pollution control project has also been fully started.

This year, the first phase of East sheet sewage treatment plant will be put into trial operation.

Including some parts of Wenzhou Industrial Park, Yong Zhong, Haibin and Yao Xi Town, it is expected that the industrial and domestic sewage will be the first to be pported to the East sewage treatment plant.

Longwan will gradually establish a comprehensive sewage collection and treatment system to eliminate pollution from the sewage to rivers at the source.
