First, raise awareness and strictly control the quality of warehousing cotton.

The personnel stationed in the warehouse inspection organization and the central storage cotton company shall strictly check the cotton warehousing link, check cotton grade and check the cotton grade, and ensure that the imported cotton is in line with the national standard.

Two, strengthen cooperation and do well in warehousing inspection.

The personnel stationed at the storage and storage points and the central storage cotton company should strengthen their cooperation with the inspection institutions. If the quality is found to be inconsistent with the inspection results in the process of warehousing and initial inspection, they will be retested to the inspection agencies in time.

Three. Establish a blacklist and a quality prosecution mechanism.
