"Han Hai Zhen Yi" Xinjiang Ancient Costume Exhibition Held In Shandong Museum In April.

Jointly sponsored by the Shandong Museum and the the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Museum, "Han Hai Zhen Yi, the memory of Western costumes", the Xinjiang ancient costume exhibition will be solemnly opened in Shandong Museum on April 1st.

At present, cultural relics are being actively displayed, and the exhibition will be held until May 20th.

The exhibition is the first time that the the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Museum has made a costumes thematic exhibition in Ji'nan, Shandong.

The exhibition shows more than 160 ancient costumes from the pre Qin period to the Qing Dynasty in the past 4000 years.

The exhibition is divided into five parts: "warm fur, brown and smart dress" - "western region pre Qin clothing", "Jin brocade cotton elegance and elegance -- Western Han Jin dress", "thousands of graceful demeanor - Sui and Tang Dynasties and the generation of clothing", "Uighur style, Mongolian and heroic posture - western region Song Yuan dress", "Silk Road wonderful flower national treasure - western region Ming and Qing costumes" five parts.

It can be described as an "era show" of Xinjiang's ancient costumes.

The unique natural geography and climatic environment of Xinjiang enable a large number of organic cultural relics to be well preserved.

Among them, silk, cotton, wool and linen fabrics represent the ancient costumes of Xinjiang, which is a wonderful flower in the long river of dress culture.

Its warp and weft are crisscrossed, colorful, rich in patterns, beautifully embroidered, and even the words woven on it are clearly visible.

The exhibition, by displaying the corner of Xinjiang's ancient culture, shows the glorious course of the intersection, integration and development of eastern and Western civilizations in Xinjiang. It reveals the track of integration and innovation and development of Xinjiang's multi-cultural exchanges, so that the vast audience can enjoy the millennium's Silk Road, and feel the cultural charm of the ancient western regions, thus developing a broader way for mutual understanding and harmony among all ethnic groups.
