The popularity of Disney products in China is very large. Since 2005, I began to understand and study it, and also formed my own business ideas.
Based on previous research and preparation, Gu Zhenghong and Disney signed on the spot at the Beijing International Clothing Fair held in March 2007, and successfully became the two general agent of Shandong's brand clothing, Disney's Lion King and Marie.
"Disney has many brands. I chose Lion King and Marie cat because the two brands were in the pioneering stage in China and could get better policies from headquarters."
Gu Zhenghong has a clear idea of his own business.
This time, Gu Zhenghong succeeded again, and she developed more than 30 franchises in Shandong.
More importantly, she learned a lot, such as the market expansion of animation derivatives, the mode of franchise cooperation and so on.
Targeting British brands to win national authorization
"In 2009, I think I can go to another level, because the mode of animation derivatives is very good in China, from products, to brand to service, these three elements are stepping up step by step."
The choice of brands is more prudent. Gu Zhenghong inspected many anime cartoon brands and finally turned his eyes to the 40 year old British brand MR.MEN and LITTLEMISS.
Speaking of the reasons for choosing this brand, Gu Zhenghong said: "first, the MR.MEN&LITTLEMISS brand has historical background and brand culture connotation. It has a high reputation in the world. By 2010, it has created 85 wonderful young ladies, who are of different personalities.
Second, the brand is a blank in the Chinese market. At that time, the brand wanted to enter the Chinese market, and I could get preferential support policies. Not only did I get the authorization of 85 characters at once, but the British creative team will continue to provide us with new trends, new characters and story plots.

The cartoon company officially signed a contract with the British CHORION company to win the MR.MEN&LIT&TLEMISS brand's research and development in China's related animation products and the market operation of the animation derivatives, and at the same time, obtained the Chinese authorization of the clothing, shoes and caps and bags in the MARVEL LAND brand of MARVEL company.
Brand promotion is the first battle.

The brand positioning and development mode of MR.MEN&LITTLE MISS abroad is different from that of China.
For a new brand, the difficulty and workload of promotion in the early stage are very large.

In 2011, Gu Zhenghong, who was chosen as the leader of Qingdao business leaders, started again.
The development plan and mode, the company relocation and team expansion, the development and production of hundreds of garments, all are pushing forward the product to suit the characteristics of Chinese children, and conform to the British brand concept and style. Product planning, design, fabric selection, initial sample, repeated proofing to big goods, every link must be approved by the British headquarters.
