After helping colleagues buy clothes more often, Liu Ping's friend accidentally said to Liu Ping, "why don't you think about starting your own business if your child is so small?" this sentence has inspired Liu Ping.

Liu Ping looked at the children's clothing market and thought that in the future, parents would buy clothes for their children. Nowadays, entrepreneurship is full of business opportunities, and it is also dangerous. A friend of Liu Ping joined a clothing brand and lost nearly 40 thousand yuan.
After learning from her lessons, Liu Ping no longer believes in those unknown brand stores, but some big brands have too high a threshold. For those who have never done business like her, the investment risk is too great.
Liu Ping ran through the wholesale market of children's clothing in Wuhan, but the children's clothing there was not satisfactory. Liu Ping dismissed the idea of buying from the wholesale market of Wuhan children's clothing.
Subsequently, Liu Ping began to wholesale children's clothing online.
"At that time, the children were too small to find the source of goods, and they did not dare to join blindly, so they could only get goods through the wholesale clothing website."
There are advantages and disadvantages in this way.

But most of the wholesalers belong to the two level wholesalers, so the purchase price is much higher than that of the direct manufacturers.
In 2007, Liu Ping opened a children's clothing store in Hanzheng Street. Unlike other businesses, Liu Ping did not make wholesale.
"The funds are not enough, the source of tourists is not stable, and most importantly, even the manufacturers have not found it, so it is very difficult to do wholesale.
There are many merchants doing wholesale business here. Only by selecting the products that are sold, we can only do the best, but we can do business.
After the shop opened, most of the brands sold in Liu Ping store were not brands in the province, and some children's clothes were even bought online, and several items were placed in the store for sale.
"When we first opened, we were basically losing money, just to make good products more popular."
Sure enough, her small shop attracted many young mothers' love, and the sales in the first year amounted to more than ten million yuan.

In 2008, the financial crisis struck Liu Ping.

Liu Ping noted that the sales of children's wear are mainly shopping malls, while those children's clothing shops that are scattered outside the shopping mall are few and far between. This makes Liu Ping's children's clothing sales that have not much profit margins worse.
That year, Liu Ping's children's clothing shop lost tens of thousands of yuan.
Two years of entrepreneurship, Liu Ping has a certain accumulation of funds, she began to change her mind, want to do wholesale business.
"Just beginning to think about doing adult dress, but considering that the time is not yet ripe, we give up."
It happened that Liu Ping, a friend of a friend, knew the clothing manufacturer in Guangdong. Liu Ping reached a cooperation intention through consulting with the other side.
She provides clothing designs to manufacturers, and then gives them to manufacturers.
