The reporter learned from the recruitment meeting that Dongguan footwear enterprises had a certain degree of increase in their salaries, and the increase was between 8% and 15%.
Salaries are raised to 21 degrees in the 2 floor of the big street labor market, and many job seekers are patiently looking for their jobs. Recruiters are also enthusiastic about answering questions from job seekers.

Reporters visited the relevant manufacturers and the industry know that, because most of the workers did not go home for the new year, the factory staff turnover rate is not high, so the phenomenon of lack of work is not obvious.
Mr. Xie, director of recruitment at Huajian group, who was recruited at the scene, told reporters that in the implementation of the new labor law, the seniority of the old employees had not been reduced to zero, and the old employees were basically left behind, so there was no shortage of work in the old factory.
However, the group built a new factory in southern Shigu and plans to recruit more than 2000 people. Because of the mention of 940 yuan in the base salary, it has also improved the environment of life and so on. At present, more than 1000 people have been recruited, and the gap is not large.
Huang Jing told reporters that Dongguan has no shortage of workers from several job fairs and mastery situations that have been held.
Due to the snowstorm before the Spring Festival, many people stayed in Dongguan, maintaining the stability of the factory workers. The turnover rate of the factory was generally only 3% - 5%, compared with nearly 20% in previous years.
In previous years, many companies directly recruited hundreds or even thousands of people in the bulletin board when recruiting. This year, this situation did not appear. Now that it is close to the end of the month, employees will not go even when the wages are paid off, so there is no shortage of workers at present. It is estimated that it will not be apparent until March.
Another industry believes that the general practitioners in Dongguan are not short at present.
