In order to enhance the Keqiao Textile Expo, Shaoxing county Party committee and county government updated the concept of exhibition, introduced the advanced operation and management mode of modern exhibition industry, increased the efforts of attracting investment, increased the effectiveness of the exhibition and gained more and more influence. This has also attracted the attention of the relevant departments of the state. In October 2008, the Keqiao Textile Expo was officially promoted to a national exhibition by the State Council.
