Reporter: in the year when the global economy is generally not optimistic, how can foreign companies create opportunities for "opening up and expanding the territory" as a leading enterprise in the export of Chinese textile machinery?

Zhu Baolin: from the market perspective, some countries in Southeast Asia have shown vitality and investment in textile industry is continuing.

In order to seize the opportunity, we have carried out economic and trade activities purposefully.

For example, in April, we held a series of large-scale promotion activities, such as China's new spinning equipment and new technology promotion conference, hospitality and the South Textile spinning company's driving ceremony in the South spinning mill. Nearly 120 of the 54 Vietnamese textile enterprises have been invited to attend the above activities. These activities have achieved good results.

And 10 years ago, Vietnam's market was almost a blank sheet in the export business of the company's textile machinery.

In the past 10 years, under the correct leadership of the group company and with the strong support of Jingwei shares, the company has exported 1 million 500 thousand spindles of warp and weft spinning equipment to Vietnam market.

In particular, the 75 thousand cotton spinning complete set of projects exported to Vietnam's Tin Nam and Nha Trang achieved a complete set of exports to Vietnam's local enterprises.

10 years later, the Weilan spinning factory, a model factory of Jingwei new complete spinning equipment co founded by Vietnam and Tian Nan spinning company, has been on the rise. This marks the maturity of foreign companies in Vietnam market, marking the full reliance of group textile products on Vietnamese customers, and playing the Xinhua chapter of the group's export of cotton spinning sets.

Taking the establishment of the model factory of Vietnam Venan spinning factory as an opportunity, the foreign company also organized a large-scale promotion conference of the new spinning equipment and new technology of China Heng Tian Jingwei with the Vietnam Spinning Association (VCOSA). It introduced the development achievements of carding, drawing, combing, coarse yarn, spinning, removing foreign fiber and E system to the customers from Vietnam's textile industry, and made new breakthroughs in the design, manufacture and technology. It deepened the Vietnamese customers' understanding and understanding of the group spinning machine products, and fully displayed the achievements made by the group in the new equipment and new technology.

Vietnam's Tin Nan spinning company, Weinan spinning factory, has a size of 36 thousand spindles. It is the first spinning model factory set up in Vietnam by foreign companies. The complete set of equipment is produced by Jingwei Textile machinery, including new blowing and spinning equipment such as blowing carding, drawing, combing, roving and long spinning frame equipped with collective doffing device.

After nearly 4 months' efforts, the warp and weft technicians successfully completed the installation and commissioning of all the equipment, and the spinning quality reached the level of 5% USTER 2007 bulletin.

In addition, last year, the China Textile Industry Foreign Economic and technological cooperation company and the China Import and Export Bank signed a supplementary agreement on the project loan of Benin textile company. The agreement agreed to reduce the government concessionary lending interest rate under the framework agreement of China and Belgium to 1%, which created conditions for our export enterprises.

In the future, we will adopt a flexible trade mode to strengthen our external cooperation and push our superior products to the world.

Reporter: you are the head of two companies. Where do you work?

Zhu Baolin: China Textile Industry Foreign Economic and technological cooperation company (CTEXIC) was founded in 1984, is the textile industry ministry of foreign engineering company and China complete sets of equipment export company textile branch, the main business is to undertake foreign aid construction of textile engineering projects.

CTEXIC has undertaken more than 80 external projects, covering more than 50 countries and regions, including Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe, with a total scale of about 1800000 cotton spindles, accumulated rich experience in international contracting projects, and established an advanced contracting management system, thus creating a high level management and construction team.

In particular, the successful operation of the general contract project of the new 240 thousand cotton spinning plant in Syria, shows the strength of the company in the international contracting project.

China Textile machinery and technology import and Export Co., Ltd. (CTMTC), also established in 1984, is China's largest textile machinery and technology import and export enterprise.

In 2004, Jingwei Textile Machinery Limited by Share Ltd joined the stock market and was restructured into a limited liability company by a wholly owned enterprise.

The company's main business covers textile machinery, textile industry technology, textile and clothing, textile raw materials import and export and engineering contracting and other fields.

Since its establishment, it has been ranked among the 500 largest import and export enterprises for many years. Its total import and export volume has exceeded 3 billion US dollars since its establishment.

From the introduction, we can see that the two companies are equally important and are the main force in promoting export.

Reporter: this year's international market demand is not strong. How does the company respond?

Zhu Baolin: in 2011, the foreign company, under the leadership and support of Heng Tian Group, through the uniting efforts and tireless efforts of all the staff, completed the various assessment indicators issued by the group, and business income for the first time exceeded 3 billion yuan, a record high.

The company adheres to the spirit of "reform and innovation". With the goal of "adjusting institutions, building platforms, grasping management and promoting development", it keeps the core business spinning machine exports continuously increasing, making bigger and stronger textile trade, making new breakthroughs in engineering projects and foreign cooperation business, and initially forming a "new framework" for the four main businesses of textile machinery, textile trade, engineering projects, and external cooperation, and the comprehensive and coordinated development of investment.

In the light of the situation in 2012, we must implement the spirit of "steady progress" put forward by the central economic work conference to the reality of the company.

Stability is to maintain stable growth of the main business as a whole, maintain stable and rapid development of textile machinery exports, and maintain steady growth in textile trade and engineering projects on the basis of controlling risks.
