The machine was successfully developed in 2010. In the mechanical part, a new type of mechanical structure was adopted boldly, and some mechanical parts were optimized. The appearance design of the new product was more beautiful, and the shell was more light and lightweight under the premise of ensuring the quality. It has the characteristics of low cost, low maintenance, low consumption, high quality, high performance and high speed.

The mechanical parts of the machine are strongly driven by two eccentric wheels. With integrated rack design, the machining accuracy and intensity of the rack system are very high, and the weight is light. The balance arm lifting mechanism eliminates the mechanical unbalanced load and achieves no vibration operation; the simple lifting tool height adjustment method and the quick opening size adjustment system provide great flexibility for all weaving applications; the solid lifting mechanism support structure ensures the free working state of the needle selection in the high-speed running environment.
