Especially in recent years, the economic crisis, recruitment difficulties, labor costs and other unfavorable factors have hit one after another. The development of garment industry in our district is more difficult.
How can we break through the bottleneck of development and get out of the predicament? Reporters recently interviewed Huang Xiaohong, vice president of the clothing industry association of the district. She said that at present, apart from a small number of garment enterprises in our district being eliminated because of poor management, most of the rest are moving forward steadily, and some of the stronger enterprises are gradually pforming on the basis of maintaining clothing.

Similarly, recruitment difficulties also plagued many garment enterprises in our district.
The reason is that Huang Xiaohong said that in recent years, many enterprises have shifted their production lines to the mainland, and many migrant workers have chosen to go back to their hometown to develop, resulting in a large number of migrant workers returning.
Moreover, many of the garment industry belongs to the production and operation type, the work is rather dull, the production workers' social status is not high, and the new generation seldom chooses to join the garment industry.
Reporters learned that the economic crisis caused some garment enterprises to go bankrupt, while the orders left by garment enterprises did not decrease, but increased.
It is understood that some clothing factories in our district have already launched small factories that sell domestic products out of order, and will not be able to order them outside the 20~30. They will also send home women who are not convenient to work in factories, such as cutting lines, lock buttonholes and sewing buttons, etc., who can come to work in factories but take care of their families. Factories allow them to "stir up more" and implement flexible working system.
The cost of outward processing is higher than that produced by the factory itself, not only to provide materials, to provide machines, but also to assign people to teach, supervise quality and pport, sometimes the quality is difficult to control.

Huang Xiaohong told reporters that to retain employees, we should treat them sincerely, treat them as their own people, and let them have a sense of belonging to enterprises, so that they will work harder for you.
According to the reporter, as a boss, Huang Xiaohong imagined everything for her employees. When she worked in Chung Cun garment factory, she signed contracts with her staff and bought all kinds of social insurance very early in accordance with the relevant provisions of the labor law.
In order to provide employees with comfortable working and living environment, the factory also installed central air conditioning, and living areas are also equipped with various entertainment facilities, such as karaoke room, table tennis room, billiard room, etc.
Moreover, a trade union was established long ago and has been selected as an excellent trade union for many years.
Employees feel the intention of the boss, and very hard to do things for her, a lot of employees from the clothing factory opened that day to work until now, do not have to resign.
Because word of mouth is good, for Huang Xiaohong's enterprises, recruitment is not a thorny problem, and the operation of enterprises is as usual.

In response to this, Huang Xiaohong said, now our clothing enterprises have realized that the ability of independent innovation is not enough and competitiveness is reduced.
Therefore, many enterprises have attached importance to the building of their own brands, increased R & D funds and increased hardware capabilities, and improved the competitiveness of enterprises.
However, the creation of a brand is not a matter of a single day, and requires a process. Therefore, what we can do now is to stick to this industry and do well in ourselves.

Now conditional businesses will consider pformation or multi-party operation and pfer their factories to the mainland and Vietnam, Kampuchea and other places, while developing other businesses.
