When asked what kind of companies the respondents prefer to take office, there is no suspense that 46.94% of college students choose. Finally, when a reporter interviewed several of the garment companies who interviewed their current 90's graduates, they all experienced their interview performance. 38.78% of the respondents said that 90 graduates would try their best to show their differences in the interview; 30.61% of the enterprises said that the graduating students would have strong rebellious consciousness; 14.29% of the respondents said they had seen the mood swings of the post-90s graduates in the interview were relatively large, and sometimes they would take extreme actions; 12.24% of the enterprises said they had met with internship experience or work experience fraud; 4.08% of the interviewees could see that some people were jealous.

However, a considerable number of garment enterprises are willing to train some excellent graduates as reserve resources for cadres. Although the current graduates have great advantages in their passion for work and learning ability, they need further accumulation and training in their work experience and their ability to bear the pressure of work.

When answering questions, dress professionally as much as possible. Some graduates, when describing their own creativity, have no confidence and fear that their designs are negated. This is not advisable. To apply for a creative position, you must be confident.
