Recently, reporters went to Fujian, Quanzhou, Jinjiang, Shishi, the three textile industries to concentrate on investigation, what they saw and heard is still a serious problem.

A local textile worker for many years told reporters: "now advocating environmental protection, the situation is better, before it is directly discharged sewage."

However, "the situation is better" in this person's mouth is also relatively unfriendly before.

At present, the untreated sewage directly discharged enterprises are still unable to eradicate.

In the survey, reporters found a similar phenomenon of stealing and drain in Feng Bamboo textile, and interviewed Feng Jinzhu textile manager Shi Jinping.

In response to a reporter's inquiry, he said that the company did not steal the drain and drain, and the sewage was treated.

Not far from the door, we can see the guide signs of one, three factories and sewage treatment plants of Feng Bamboo textile printing and dyeing.

As journalists enter the working hours, there are not many people walking around in the factory except when they can often see cars passing by.

After asking, reporters found the Phoenix Bamboo textile printing and dyeing factory.

From a distance, we can see that there are a lot of cloth outside the gate of the printing and dyeing factory. The fabrics that are printed and printed are dark blue, black, red and green, and all kinds of colors are arranged together.

Approaching the printing and dyeing mill, the reporter saw that the details of the goods were marked on each roll of the stacked cloth, indicating the name of the manufacturer, the customer name, the name, the color number, the door width and so on.

Then, inside the printing and dyeing plant, the bleached and dyed fabrics were processed and beaten into many volumes.

Reporters did not find the sewage discharged from the printing and dyeing plant, but at the end of the factory, the sewage treatment plant of Phoenix Bamboo textile was found.

From the factory layout, the sewage treatment plant of Feng Bamboo textile is next to the printing and dyeing mill.

On the roadside of the sewage treatment plant, there is a row of tropical trees, low green grass and low vegetation, far from green.

But when reporters approached, it was found that there was a similar "sewer" between the sewage treatment plant and the green belt.

There are several pipes above the ditch, and there are stained sewage in the "sewer" below the pipe.

A local environmental protection organization explained to reporters that this phenomenon is very similar to that of leakage.

In response to this, Shi Jinping, a manager of Feng Bamboo textile, explained in reply to a reporter's question: "this sewage treatment plant's air flotation tank sludge draout is used to discharge sludge into the sludge thickening tank.

After the flotation tank is bleached and dyeing three plants, because the plant is nearly 2 meters higher than the sewage treatment plant, so there is a small amount of groundwater to infiltrate into the drainage ditch of our plant, but all the leaking groundwater is discharged into the sewage regulating pool for centralized treatment.

Shi Jinping said that the slope of air flotation sludge ditch is 3/1000.

Sludge is treated by dewatering and boiler incineration.

In order to verify whether Shi Jinping's answer was correct, the reporter then consulted an expert who had been engaged in environmental protection audit at the Environmental Protection Bureau.

The expert was not satisfied with the answer to Feng's textile and raised some questions.

"From years of experience, it's not like air floatation and mud ditch, but more like a gutter."

Experts questioned that the so-called floatation ditch was located beside the green belt, and plants could also be seen beside the ditch, which is not standardized.

Generally speaking, sludge tanks should be independent, and sludge should also be disposed of. The company should have treatment zones, but the sludge here has not been disposed of and the corresponding treatment devices have not been seen.

Experts believe that the sewage discharged from factories should be treated by air flotation and then discharged to the drained ditch, while the treatment of Phoenix Bamboo textile does not conform to the process.

It is understood that the method of air flotation is to push the pollutants in the sewage from the sewage pond to the surface and spray the flocculant, so that the particles will be precipitated and then discharged to the sludge drain ditch.

"Air floatation method uses tiny bubbles as a carrier to adhere to the impurity particles in the water, so that its density is less than that of water. Then particles are carried up to the surface by bubbles, and the pollutants in the sewage are adsorbed by means of flocculating agents and flocculating agents to form larger floc particles and then precipitate.

This is a formal process. "

It is understood that flocculation and sedimentation methods are commonly used in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, and generally remove 40 to 50% of CODcr and 60 to 80% of chromaticity.

The experts also suggested that the sludge in the air flotation mud drain should be removed and handled. If mud is not removed, it will not work.

From picture 1, we can see that there are not only sludge and sewage in the ditch, but also traces of drying, especially the existence of dry mud on the upper part of the ditch.

Experts suspect that the company will put the sludge on evaporation, which is obviously inconsistent with the operation process.

"The amount of printing and dyeing sewage determines the amount of sludge."

Experts suspect that Feng Shui explains that the picture of air flotation tanks is not true. "The big factory has only this sludge, which is obviously out of proportion.

"Drainage well" suspected of stealing?

The reporter followed the road that was suspected of "sewer" again. After a long distance, he found a well shaped pool.

The effluent is discharged from the pipeline in the printing and dyeing mill and flows to two directions of pipes, one in the direction of the sewage treatment plant and the other from the opening of a valve with a valve near the pipe.

The environmentalists told reporters: "this valve is to control the direction of sewage flow, if the valve is opened directly to the underground drainage, if it closes, sewage will flow to the sewage treatment plant."

According to the above experts, according to the relevant regulations, there should be only one sewage pipeline, and if there is a diversion, there is a great suspicion of stealing.

The west side of the factory boundary fence of the two desulphurization route is flowing into the west side of the three plant in an open channel, and then flows into the sewage treatment plant by underground pipelines.

It is understood that the opening at the bottom of the gate was broken later, with the aim of introducing water into the underground pipe into the desulfurization pretreatment tank.

According to the size of the production, the company opens the desulphurization facilities, and the upper and lower ports are flowing into the desulfurization pretreatment tank and then to the sewage treatment system.

At the sewage disposal site, the reporter walked near the drainage well to see that the sewage with obvious color was flowing to the leak below the valve, and bubbles were constantly emerging.

The experts suspect that the colored sewage is caused by the use of sulphur dyes, which should have been banned.

In this regard, Shi Jinping explained that this is the desulfurization water of the thermal power plant.

The color of sewage is because the desulfurizing absorbent is discharged from the dyeing and finishing workshop. The alkalinity is 10 to 11. The alkali substance in the waste water is used to absorb sulfur dioxide, so as to achieve the purpose of flue gas desulphurization.

It is understood that the water in the thermal power plant must be treated with desulphurization before mixing with other sewage.

However, according to the above reply, the desulphurization water of the thermal power plant is colored because the desulfurizing absorbent used is the wastewater discharged from dyeing and finishing workshop.

This is different from what experts have said that desulfurization of thermal power plants must be desulphurized before they can be mixed with other sewage.

Why do companies directly deal with sewage disposal without dealing with them? This question arises in the minds of journalists.

According to the introduction of environmentalists, the reporter profoundly realized the two word - cost.

According to the reporter, in order to deal with sewage, first of all, we need to buy environmental protection equipment, buy environmental protection equipment, and buy relevant chemical treatment agents. He said that the investment of sewage treatment facilities must be equipped with funds and technology. The enterprises without conditions can not do it.

In order to save costs and lower product prices, the behavior of enterprises directly discharging sewage is regarded as normal by managers.

Reporters visited the annual report of Phoenix Bamboo textile 2011 Annual Report, found that the business profit margin of the main business of Phoenix Bamboo textile is the lowest, minus 7.26%, 17.14% less than the previous year.
