What is the easiest way to earn money for E-Business? Nowadays, college students and white-collar workers are the busiest, laziest, and most comfortable. Most of them accept online shopping as a time-saving and labor-saving way. In view of this group, Zhang Weigang came up with this idea.
When he was at University, Zhang Weigang found that buying snacks online was very inconvenient. There was no quick and convenient way to buy online. He decided to start off with snacks.
Considering the customer psychology of buying snacks online, Zhang Weigang decided to take the lead in the speed of distribution.
He told reporters that he is committed to creating two hours living community micro e-commerce.
That is to promise customers to deliver their products within two hours after placing orders online.
Considering the delivery efficiency and consumer groups, the mall mainly provides snacks specialties, daily necessities and boutique gifts.
Although this area has long been entered, "no one is single and large," and Zhang Weigang believes there is much to do.
After the idea was made, Zhang Weigang and several classmates and friends formed an entrepreneurial team, and immediately began to investigate.
Difficulties in early business
In July 2011, by chance coincidence, Zhang Weigang learned from the Internet that the third "inspirational entrepreneurship competition" started, and Zhang Weigang and the team did not hesitate to "YOU mall" to compete.
In the thousands of teams, the "YOU mall" broke out of the encirclement and got the first ten tickets for the national finals, and finally won the national finals finals project award.
However, it is not easy to put entrepreneurial ideas into practice, especially for Zhang Weigang, who graduated from university soon.
Poor publicity and inadequate supply are the first stumbling blocks for Zhang Weigang and his team.
"All publicity has been done, it is not able to achieve the desired results, do not know what to do", talking about the initial difficulties, Zhang Weigang still has a lingering fear.
As we all have no relevant experience, we can only cross the river by feeling the stones.
At the beginning of the business, because the purchase quantity is small, the purchase price can not be pressed down, resulting in the high cost price, which directly affects the market price.
How to build a stable source of goods is a headache for Zhang Weigang.
Fortunately, the first difficulty was Zhang Weigang's.

Purchasing, photographing, uploading to websites, writing publicity materials, arranging publicity staff...

As the leader of the group, he can only sleep three or four hours a night when he is busiest.
Zhang Weigang jokes that online entrepreneurship requires not only good resource integration and psychological endurance, but also physical strength.
"Now probably every two weeks will take time to play basketball, after all, the body is the capital of revolution," Zhang Weigang said.
Half a year's turnover is nearly 200 thousand.
"Because we want to ensure delivery speed, we are afraid to expand blindly now. We can only do one group after we do it," Zhang Weigang said.
At present, the mall team has a delivery team of 20 people. After placing orders, customers usually deliver their products to the door in about 45 minutes, not exceeding 2 hours at the latest.
Zhang Weigang disclosed that at present they are setting up the Guangzhou University City area, hoping to make this group of students really do well.
Later, it will provide corresponding online shopping services for white collar areas.
Since the official opening of the online shopping mall in October 2011, the turnover of the mall has been nearly 200 thousand yuan in half a year.
With the growth of turnover, Zhang Weigang said that the shortage of professional financial personnel and website operators is also an important problem for them.
However, Zhang Weigang still holds a firm belief in the future.
