Yesterday, the first fixed investment of about 160 million yuan, covering an area of more than 200 mu, specifically for small and medium-sized shoe-making enterprises tailored in Chengdu, Chongzhou ocean innovation shoe industry Incubation Park in the city's Industrial Development Zone laid the foundation.

It is understood that the ocean innovation shoe industry incubator is developed by Chengdu ocean footwear industry development company. After completion, it will be a large-scale incubator with large supermarkets, logistics, warehouses, exhibition halls, and living facilities. At present, more than 100 shoemaking and supporting enterprises have expressed their desire to enter the incubator.

According to the relevant person in charge of Chongzhou Industrial Development Zone, the ocean innovation incubator project provides a good platform for the development of small and medium-sized shoemaking enterprises, plus the "Zhejiang Zhejiang shoe factory" and the matching international Longtan shoe material market. "Chongzhou production base of China's women's shoes city" has become a large scale shoe production base with perfect infrastructure and reasonable industrial support. It has made positive preparations in undertaking the "East shoe westward shift" and Wuhou District shoemaking enterprises' relocation.

At present, there are more than 300 shoemaking enterprises from Wuhou, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other places to settle down in the industrial concentrated development area, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan.

"The incubator has provided a good environment for our small and medium-sized shoemaking enterprises, and has brought a great opportunity for our development."

Zheng Changming, general manager of Sha Hao shoe industry in Chengdu, told reporters that although the development momentum of their enterprises is good, the overall scale is not large at present. If it is only a matter of their own strength to think of a piece of land in the park, it is very difficult to build factories independently.

With the industrial incubator, nearly 100 small and medium-sized enterprises have been settled together, and unified planning and construction. Not only the infrastructure construction level is high, the supporting facilities are perfect, but also can be exposed to industry, and the opportunity for development has been greatly enhanced.
