    Feng Linsong: OK. I came out of the country. My family lived in Sundian Town, Xiangcheng City, Henan Province. At that time, my family was very poor. There was not enough food to eat all the year round. My clothes were worn and repaired. China has reformed and opened up. We rural people have a way to become rich through hard work. At that time, there were a lot of local medical clothing manufacturers. I had no money to do sales for other bosses first. I often carry dry food to sell and live in dry stores with the Contract; Sometimes when I have no money, I will spend the night in the waiting hall of the station. In this way, whether it's cold or hot, I get up early and go dark, and travel around, almost all over the country, from Harbin in the north, Guangzhou in the south, Xi'an in the west, Qingdao in the east.


    Host: It was really hard for President Feng to start his business. Your entrepreneurial story was very touching. We heard that there were hundreds of people who went out to sell with you at that time, and your business volume was often the first! What's your plan? Would you please come and talk about it?


    Feng Linsong: OK. There is no good way for me to go to sales. The main reasons are: I am not afraid of hardship, and I am not afraid of failure. I am honest and honest. For example, when I went to major hospitals to promote products, I was often rejected or even looked down upon, but I never gave up. Sales promotion must put down airs, even if there are a hundred rejections, as long as one success is worth it.


    Host: Mr. Feng's experience is very good and easy to listen to; But without a spirit and a good personality, it is difficult to do so. We would like to hear what is the first bucket of gold you dug after starting your own business?


    Feng Linsong: This is not the first bucket of gold, but a small business opportunity in entrepreneurship. It was 1998, when I went to Sichuan to sell medical clothing, I suddenly found another business opportunity. Because I heard a long time ago that there is a New Hope Group in Sichuan. They produce feed, have many employees, and the production workshop needs to wear masks. Why not sell them some professional clothes, even if they can't sell them, they can also sell tens of thousands of masks!


    So I went straight to Sichuan New Hope Group and knocked on the door of the chairman Liu Yonghao. After a brief negotiation, the other party agreed. I sold 50000 masks at once! More importantly, at that time, their large group recognized our small enterprise.


    Host: The story told by President Feng tells us that business opportunities often exist, depending on whether the brain is alive or not. For more than 20 years, your journey has been very difficult, but your career has also developed rapidly. Would you please introduce your current enterprise scale and let us share the joy of success?


    Feng Linsong: Medium. In 2003, I founded Xiangcheng Songxin Garment Co., Ltd., whose main business is still to make medical clothing and other professional clothing.


    In the first year, we had 30 employees, 60 in the second year, and 120 in the third year... "At that time, the enterprise had little strength, small workshops, few workers, and poor conditions. With the continuous development and expansion of the team, it has now grown to more than 2000 people, with a per capita monthly salary of more than 2200 yuan.


    With the expansion of production scale, in 2007, we invested more than 20 million yuan to expand the production scale, opened a standardized clothing industrial park covering an area of 19910 square meters, introduced more than 200 sets (pieces) of advanced clothing production equipment at home and abroad, and produced 3 million sets of middle and high-end clothing annually.

    In 2010, we launched a new 8 million sets of logo clothing production line project in Xiangcheng Industrial Cluster, Henan Province, with a total investment of more than 60 million yuan and an area of 33000 square meters; More than 14000 square meters of standard factory buildings with steel frame structure, 7000 square meters of dormitory buildings and office buildings, and 4000 square meters of restaurants and warehouses have been built.


    With advanced technology and equipment, scientific management, excellent quality and perfect pre-sales and after-sales service, our products sell well all over the country.


    Today, Songxin Garment Group Co., Ltd. has become a large enterprise specializing in the design, production and sales of medical and health system clothing. It has designed and developed more than 300 types of hospital professional clothing, with an annual output of more than 8 million pieces of various professional clothing, an annual sales volume of 200 million yuan, and an annual tax payment of nearly 10 million yuan, To become the leader of national medical and health professional clothing enterprises.


    Therefore, in the past two years, we have continued to innovate, and achieved quality improvement in terms of improving the talent team, enhancing research and development strength, shaping brand style, improving supply chain management, improving market quick response ability and channel construction. The market network has become increasingly sound, and its products have won a good reputation among consumers.

    Feng Linsong: Yes. We are now planning to develop "Yuankang" brand men's clothing while retaining the production of professional clothing. The men's wear we launched is very high-end. We have hired domestic first-class designers and plate makers with high salaries, and we have designed more than 130 kinds of jackets. In 2012, we will first set up our franchised stores in each county-level city in Henan Province. We plan to invest 300 million yuan to build a large garment industrial park that can accommodate 5000 people! Our goal is to promote Yuankang at home and abroad within five years.

    Feng Linsong: Our company has been expanding, so it is necessary to train designers, plate makers and other talents. Therefore, we have established the "Songxin Vocational and Technical College" to train garment professionals. Now we can train thousands of garment talents every year. After meeting the needs of Songxin Group, these talents can also flow to all parts of the country and even abroad. There is a big gap for garment workers in the south. As long as the talents trained by Songxin Vocational and Technical College are mentioned, those large garment factories will compete for them.
