Law enforcement officers in the workshop inspection found that the factory produced three kinds of brand leather shoes products, asked the person in charge of Kang's business license, the relevant products authorized production books and other licenses, materials, he provided the factory's business license, and claimed that "is a legitimate business."

However, when the law enforcement officer asked him to produce the certificate of entrustment, Kang only indicated that the factory had not obtained any lawful or valid proof of the production or authorization of the above leather shoes by any individual or unit.
